Anyone Else Having Problems With HSN Website?
I’m on a mobile device and HSN website is acting up, especially when trying to post a comment. If I click on something, it takes me elsewhere or I get logged out. Have cleared cache and cookies…still site is very jumpy.
Also, the HSN search and Account section now hovers over my comments blocking my view of what I’m typing. This happens when device is in horizontal position. This is getting really frustrating!

Absolutely having issues with HSN website . It’s been going on several days . Glad to hear HSN is aware of it. I thought we might have crashed the site with all of us Heidi girl shoppers !!

I switched to the newer Windows 10 browser on my laptop today – Edge. It actually seems slower than Internet Explorer 11 browser. Loading pages and navigating are problematic. Maybe it is HSN not the browser?

Has the moving banner and page anchoring (jumping screen) problems even been reported? These are NOT cookie, cache, flash player or browser problems. It has been 5 days!

YUK! It just ask me if I wanted to create a nickname to post on HSN Community . What ? I have been IamShortDiva since 2010.
The community was down for a few months to redo in 2009, and when it finally open again some accounts were lost in space .
I had to start all over with a new nickname.
HSN please call the service fixers and get this site fixed ! It is NOT our cache

Thank you for the suggestions . I never sign in from favorites , cleared everthing several times and I have a brand new computer with everything up to date . The drop screen blocks half of every page on HSN . I can’t post screen shots for some reason to explain the problems I mention in my previous post .

Any updates from the Tech folks ? Something is wrong . I am afraid of hackers . I recall Trekky account hack last week . I made 2 attempts to check my order status. A big “SUP ” sign with foreign language popped up on my screen . I replace my Visa recently due to a hacker non related to HSN. TIA :womansad:

I don’t think HSN can deny there is a serious problem with the entire site – I attempted to place an order and thought it did not go through until I looked a few hours later at my previous orders to see that it had gone through. The little wheel just kept spinning and I never got “Your order is complete.” What if I had changed my mind at the last minute – I was never afforded the opportunity to verify I wanted to place the order? The Arcade has some issues but on my laptop a refresh usually fixes the problem.
The Community is most affected by the problem. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks now. verbiage appearing in post window, smile button working erratically, posts going “poof”. I think this is now the 3rd or 4th thread reporting these issues and still nothing from HSN accept we are working on it and the typical clear your cookies and cache and open new browser.
Is it really asking too much for HSN to just be straight with us and tell us they are at least “aware” they have a problem and give us some idea when the problem will be fixed?
I don’t think we should all have to become IT Techs to learn how to get things to work in order to “work around” the problems with the site. Please just let us know you are aware of the problems and give us an idea when you think these problems will be fixed. It’s annoying enough to have these problems but it’s more annoying we don’t hear any useful information from you!

Monday night, Sep 12-2016… I’m on a desktop computer and the site is not only slow, slow, slow… it keeps freezing-up. I’ve had to restart my computer twice already!
