Anyone Else Having Problems With HSN Website?

All of my favorites disappeared again. Spin2Win still only works on my phone. SpaceHunt will not load.

So today I’m noticing that when I sign in,  it takes me to My bag as if I was going to place an order. Shows bag is empty. .. Also,  when I click on my Account from the community,  it no longer takes me to account overview,  but to Account Update. Is anyone else experiencing the same? :/

If anyone responds to you Retlaw – please let us know what they say.  I am so tired of logging in and out of this site  (it freezes all the time) and trying to get around everything that is wrong with it let alone all the stuff we can’t get around.  And their answer – empty your cache and cookies.”  Yikes – I think I will blow up if I hear that one more time!

Someone told me a couple days ago this happened a couple years ago and the problems went on for a very long time.  I don’t know how all of us are going to hang in there for “a very long time.”

I’ve sent my own IT guy over to help them out.  He can’t hurt anything right?

Website problems have been terrible tonight!  I’m really tired of being logged out automatically and the pages jumping erratically up and down!  Even as I’m typing this post that annoying white bar is obstructing my view 8n my device!  Mods any updates on a fix for all these glitches?  

Well we can also add Community Page running very slow or freezing to the numerous problems on HSN Website. Have been automatically logged out 3x now and this time it’s on a PC while using Chrome.  :robotfrustrated:

This is my test – I think I understand.  But what I don’t understand, this site has had issues for 2 weeks now.  All we keep doing is finding ways to get around all the glitches.  When CS asks me to send them a picture of what happens when I try to post – I’m kind of insulted.  Aren’t we all having the same problem – whether your box is pink, purple or just white like mine – it’s just a big empty box with no ability to type anything into it.  

HSN – any idea when the site might be up and running normally?
