Anyone Else Having Problems With HSN Website?

Having problems.. Nothing will pop up So I can order.. Darn I just don’t get it

Sorry I could not read through all the posts so I hope I am repeating noone’s elses problems.:womanembarrassed:

It is driving me batty that I can see that someone  made the last post on a thread and it no longer goes to that post like it used to.I have to hunt and try to figure it out.:womanfrustrated:

Plus I can click on my smiles and see that certain posters smiled on my posts but again,it does not go to the post that the smile is for,like it used to.Often a poster will leave a reply with the smile and now I am afraid I will miss the reply.:womansad:

I know there is another issue that my brain is not pulling up right now:womansurprised:.Maybe when brain resets:smileylol:,I can remember and post it.

I hope mods are reading these issues and passing on everyone’s problems.

Yes I have been playing tumble tiles and lost my game and all of my points all the time spent for nothing!

I have been experiencing trouble with the games.  This is the third night that the games seem to have a lagging response.

HSN …. why can’t we see our -recently viewed items –  like we could before the  website problems .  I am annoyed . I found a personel humidifier, I wanted .   It was NOT the Joy  one :smileyfrustrated:!   It was a different brand .  I have look for it and cannot find it , I just cannot remember the brand .   I am going to find one , guess I will have to go to the stores . Cold weather acomin and with it  comes  dry skin !  I have to have a lil humidifier,   but not Joy’s .

I am having an issue with HSN. I was shown today where HSN has pulled my credit 5 times just since March 2016. I have not provided them authorization, Nor have I requested a credit card from HSN, so why would they do this. It brings up questions when a person is trying to purchase a home, it makes it look like I have applied to open credit cards. This is not right. I have been with hsn for a long long time and never has this been done. I have never had any income with HSN and have always paid for my items. What is the deal with this? Watch out shoppers, they may be pulling your credit report.

Yes, I am having problemas with My alerts option. Its blocked and I can’t see anything.

Yes , the site needs to be fixed . It is like ….no you cannot post , or  no way can you buy that !    It  puts up blocks that  ya  cannot climb across to stop ya .   

 Yes having some of the same issues you describe and also Spin to Win  not working properly .  I’m on an iPad  and sometimes my phone .  It was even worse yesterday. 

I too am expepriencing problems described in this thread: page bouncing, not being able to post on the first try, smile issues and the list goes on and on.  I thought it was just my computer.  I have contacted N…… S….. a couple of times, thinking my computer was suffering from buy.  Both N…S. and I have performed optimizations and security checks.  IT IS NOT MY BROWSER OR MY COMPUTER.  I DO NOT NEED TO CLEAR MY COOKIES.  There is a problem on HSN”s end. Wish they would fix it!  Wish they would just give straight and honest andwers instead of advising me to jump through unnecessary hoops (i.e “clear your cookies).

The jumping up and down “search bar” drives me nuts!

Please put just a “sign in/sign out” option at the top of the community page..We used to have one..so it can’t be too hard for HSN”techies” to do I’m sure.

There are times..I go to “my acct.”..yes I can sign in most of the time..have trouble  signing out quite a lot…..It’s not my “browser” it happens with others that I try..It’s not a “cookie” thing either!

To use my husband’s favorite expression..use the “KISS” method!..Keep it simple STU-PID! :manwink:

Before logging in, there’s a brand new lower bottom bar encouraging me to save now……I have never seen this before.  It’s not a problem unless it follows me around this site.  I know when to shop!  LOL

sometimes tonight      posts look like they are posting but then nothing is there……

  Oh and another problem I’ve been having and now it’s worse today….every post I make, stays in the post box.  Then when I refresh , it goes back to normal.
