ALTERNATE ENTRY?

I have been trying for the last two weeks to enter the alternate entry an it keeps telling me I have already entered. I know I didn’t enter last night. Last week I thought well maybe I just forgot that I had.Is anyone else having the same problem? Also when I play Toy Maajongg I can click play again an after about two times it will not load. I have to go back an click on games for it to work.I will check tomorrow night to see if any one else is having a problem,I’m just going to give up tonight.Thanks.

As I posted on the thread mentioned below by SweetheartPines, I got the following message from the Arcade Team yesterday:

The game of the week entries did glitch and are carried over for this week!

I took this to mean that our entries from last week are also counting for this week. Since there’s nothing to be done about last week’s entries, I didn’t pursue further whether or not that meant we were entered for both weeks (or all 3 weeks for some of you); but the “!” seemed to me to imply that. Hopefully, since they’re now aware of the problem, everything will be cleared out and running properly next week.

I am unable to enter alternate entry as well:)

Well I have tried again twice tonight an still cannot enter the alternate way.I know they said that they were working on the games last Wednesday so I thought they would be fixed by now.One good thing happenened tonight though I won 1000 tickets!!! Maybe by next week I can spend some of them.

Some of us raised this issue in an earlier thread, the mods sent a message to the Arcade team, who said it seemed interesting. I take it they are looking in to it, and will hopefully get back to us soon. Lizzie posted this thread last Friday, it’s titled something like “Game of the Week Alternate Entries Expire in 14 Days???” and, as of this posting, Trekky was the last to respond.

Both Friday and today I have had the same problem with the Alternate Entry saying I have already entered the maximum number of times. And, yet I have NOT entered. Specifically, those dates are October 22 and October 23, 2016.

Like you, I thought maybe I had entered on Fri 10/22, but I remembered having this same issue last week as well.

Why do we all seem to be having more problems in the Arcade lately ???

I empty my cache & history on, at least a weekly basis, but this doesn’t seem to be helping.
