11/18/16 TRIVIA NOT WORKING HELP PLEASE

Thanks HSN game guys…it was fun playing for 250 tickets per question.  It was so great that y’all got the games working.  KUDOS for your good work. 

I just tried the current question and again it won’t link up so I can answer question. 

It has been this way all night long with every question so unable to participate in Trivia!

Well it’s working for me now just answered the 3 rd question!

Trivia just worked for me for the third question.  Try again!!!

I thought it was me! I have an iPhone 5s and I cannot play 3 of the games in the HSN app! It says rotate phone but the rotation doesn’t work. I emailed them this summer , sent screen shots to their support desk and they said they reported it and would get resolved . Crickets !!!!no fix and no response so I emailed them again about a month ago and they said sorry they thought it was fixed. No follow up and also don’t count on any points because they will tell you they can’t do that! There support is worthless and they do not follow up to resolution and their app is a piece of crap! Get rid of the developers and get someone in there that knows what they are doing!

I’m being told the issue should be resolved. If you’re still having trouble be sure to try deleting your cookies  🙂

I think we should all get an extra 300 tickets so far….

I echo your concerns:  I had not been unable to collect the points for the first 2 questions. Sincerely hoping that HSN give us double points for next time. I doubt this could get fix tonight.
