"While You Wait" emails: You’ve Got to be Kidding me, Right?
So, like many of you folks, who are still waiting on items purchases, from nearly a month ago now, I am also waiting for the completion of my Oct 5th purchases.
Friday, I got a notice that one of my prior Auto Ship items was being placed as an order that day. Yes, of course, you guessed it, that item TOO is also still in “Packaging”.
Yesterday, I get the annoying, “While You Wait” for your wonderful item to ship, why not take a look at all these great new arrivals.
I will not be purchasing another thing, until I receive what I already paid for, so there’s no need for me to look. Even when (IF) that happens, It’s going to be a while before I trust, these ridiculous delays will end, because no one has assured us things are “back to normal”. Well, clearly they aren’t if some of us are still waiting……..and new complaints keep coming in, about super long “packaging” delays.

, it’s true, the warehouse delays are spiking the annoyances you speak of. We do apologize for these inconveniences and are still working to get the volume back on track.

The same for me. Even though I did not experience the delays many shoppers have, I will not purchase an item I really want until I’m satisfied that the backlog/delay/warehouse/weather issues are resolved. If that means missing out on an item, so be it.
