What is high pressure on Elite Bistro 4 quart pressure cooker

I have a cheesecake recipe I want to make in my Elite Bistro 4 quart pressure cooker. The recipe says to use high pressure. Which setting is high pressure.

, it appears that the pressure cooker can be set for Desserts and the time manually according to the recipe.

I don’t know the what the PSI of the dessert setting is, but I used that dessert setting to make a caramel cheesecake in my Elite 4 qt pressure cooker over the holidays and it turned out GREAT!!!!
