They changed my product to a smaller quantity!!!

I have been getting auto ship of Christie Brinkley Skincare for over a year. How can you justify changing the amount I receive to smaller jars but still charge me for the larger size I was originally getting. Are you completely crazy or just stealing from people?
I suppose since I purchased it during a deal and you have raised the price this is supposed to get me to cancel my autoship so I loose my deal and if I want my original size pay the higher price. How is that ethical, fair and not just soooooo wrong!!!!
This is a disgusting practice. This is a horrible shady company and I will let Christie and her followers know on Instagram what you are doing. She is not the kind of person to condone such shady business practices!

, Did you call and talk to a representative and if so what did they say.

I would also post this on the customer service help forum. Over to the left it has a list of the forums. The cust serv forum is the bottom one. Just click that. They might see it sooner there and respond sooner.

But I agree with you, If anything they should lower the price to accomodate your auto ship.
