Package Delivery Delays
Thank you for your passion. I hear you, and clearly we’ve let you down.
We’re having issues with some package shipping delays out of our Tennessee warehouse and we’re trying to catch up. Our teams are working around the clock to get your order to your front door. Whether it’s shipping from a different warehouse, shipping in individual packages, or expedited shipping options, our first and primary focus is to get packages delivered to our valued customers.
This has been a trying time. I appreciate your patience and we will work to do a better job going forward.
I have set up a special VIP customer email address VIPCustomer@hsn.com for customers impacted by these issues.
I appreciate hearing from you even during challenging times!

Ordered on Oct 7 and after discovering the delays by searching the net and coming to the community here, I had ‘requested’ to cancel my order and insisted on an immediate refund. It took them a while, and it wasn’t there yesterday, but I see a credit to my card on the 20th, so thanks, HSN, for at least doing that.
It’s still a lot like being mugged and the refund, without any communication, feels like hush money. My order still shows ‘packaging’ on the order status page. It really would not surprise if if my order gets shipped in a few weeks and they recharge my card, I hope not.
I have $400 worth of supplies in my cart, but I’m not likely to press the submit button because without communication from HSN that assures things are fixed and explains the problem in full detail, then I’ll likely purchase the items from another retailer.
My trust and patience has been exhausted by this. Fool me once, fool me twice, but not again. It’ll take a significant credit and a lot of good communication before they’ll earn my business again.

I too have been waiting on orders from early Oct. I have received an order that was order more recently than early Oct, but my earlier orders are coming one day at a time instead of how I ordered them or they are still be packed. I love hsn but when you first foreseen this shipping problem after going to a new shipping way, we should not have been charged for the item until it shipped and we should have been informed right from the start and not after when we are expecting our orders to come in and they don’t.

When everybody starts spending there money somewhere else. they wont have shipping problems.

Hi HSN Community Board,
Just a message to say that my orders from Craft Day were delayed, and I sent an email to the VIP email address provided. In the email I detailed my orders which were still in packaging, and today I received a prompt and very nice reply from Joy VIP HSN customer service. She indicated that the orders have been shipped! I received a tracking number for my orders.
Thank you HSN for your prompt and courteous reply and attention to my concern. I enjoy shopping with you, and especially adore Anna’s beautiful creations!

By now, I think it’s obvious to those who post on the forums that it isn’t JUST the craft items that are being held in limbo but most packages that ship from the TN warehouse. I had NO IDEA until I stumbled on the threads in crafts that there was an issue as my items were clothing, beauty and some home items. I have a pair of shoes ordered 3 days ago that are in “packaging” with a delivery date of 12/15….are you freaking kidding me? It takes a month plus to PACKAGE a pair of shoes?!
What really disgusts me is there has been NO mention to customers who are still purchasing via presentations that they will most likely be waiting for weeks for their items. I noticed I haven’t heard ANY host during ANY presentation state: you’ll have this in time for Christmas. Has anyone else noticed that? They sold more than 10 THOUSAND phone TSV’s on 10/22; I told my husband that those customers will probably not see their phones till December; the ranks of angry customers will continue to grow BECAUSE:
HSN is NOT telling customers upfront about the possible risk of a delay. Instead, they are taking their money (because HSN makes money that way) and THEN holds the item in packaging until who knows when. HSN gets the payment, they get the sales stat but the CUSTOMER is stuck with…..nothing. As others have said, it’s very simple to place a banner along the bottom that sits there during a show. They could do the exact same thing on the top of every web page here on the HSN site but they won’t. Why?
GREED.
There are many shows I would have purchased from (based on last years items purchased and the show schedule going forward) for holiday gifts. NOT this year. My money will be spent at QVC, Nordstrom and other retailers. Sadly, I do not believe for a second that HSN/Bill Brand gives a **bleep** about my money going elsewhere.

I was told at first things would be shipped out “10 days from the 15” which is apparently now not a promise.
This is beyond the pale. I personally plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous.

My order from the 5th still in packaging. Was told via email I could cancel. Called on 20th spoke with rep who said they would be cancelled. Ysterday still in packaging. Sent email yesterday to the VIP customer email offered by Mr. Brand. As of today no reply to email and order still in packaging. I understand issues happen when dealing with technology but this is beyond frustrating at this point. I am not even excited about what I had ordered now. Just want to have it cancelled so I can move on from this issue.

Hopefully the shipping delays will be taken care of soon. I ordered craft items October 5th and 7th and have only received one. I was counting on all of the items to make things for a fundraiser at the hospital that I work for so the delay is both frustrating and a big disappointment ??. I am used to prompt delivery from HSN! Also it is not fair that some customers were offered incentives for the significant delay but not all.

I have been waiting for 14 products since October 4th & 5th. I see you have given many people$25 in SK. That’s great incentive to purchase again from you. I have seen a couple items I would have liked to buy but have been hesitant as I don’t want to run into delays again. Will everyone be getting g SK? How do I get mine?

Mr. Brand: I think you have mistaken your customers’ anger and frustration for “passion”. There is a big Big BIG difference. Well, on second thought, I guess it could be said that I am passionately angry about the way I have been lied to by HSN since the 7th of October. Maybe you are right after all!

I’m glad to see some people are getting their shipments. I’m still waiting but with a last name that starts with a ‘Z’, I’m rather used to being last LOL. I grateful that there is finally some communication as I was more upset at the sound of crickets than the fact that my Cricut is still in packaging. I hope HSN still has access to their Roanoke facility as the Piney Flats is not working out. HSN, please noet that many of us are withholding ordering until this snafu is fixed. Your vendors are the ones that will ultimately be hurt the worst for this. This is taking way too long to resolve.

I can’t believe it my 6 craft items I odered Oct 5 are finally shipped. Now I hope to recieve them within the next 7 days. I really was upset in being charged for items, more than 2 weeks ago, without them being shipped. I’am so glad that HSN problems have beem rectified, and others will also recieve the’re carft items from Oct. 5.. I know how everyone enjoys HSN’s Craft Days. So I’am eagerly waiting for my packages. Good Luck All

I’m starting to be skeptical of the warehouse reason myself. I think maybe their cargo from china is stuck on a boat in the ocean. The reason I say this is, a big shipping line in Asia somehwhere (I don’t remember where) filed for bankruptcy and the ports won’t let their ships dock or unload cargo, for fear that the workers docking and unloading would not be paid by the company owning or leasing the ship. This is one of many theories that have gone through my head.

Not only did some gigantic, unexplainable snafu occur in Tennessee warehouse, but I felt like I was jumping through a fire hoop to post here per your suggestion to me in an e-mail.
I assume we were all charged at the instant our purchases were “shipped” to lala land, TN and that is extremely irritating
Business innovations are usually done for several reasons: expediency or cost saving. BIG MISTAKE on your part.
Old adage: If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.
If this is the kind of service we can expect from now on, remember one thing…there are thousands of places to shop on line who give better, faster service.

I have 6 items in packaging since 10/13.
I won’t place any more orders until this is all cleared up.
Interesting that some get Spendable Kash.
