Thank you for your passion. I hear you, and clearly we’ve let you down.
We’re having issues with some package shipping delays out of our Tennessee warehouse and we’re trying to catch up. Our teams are working around the clock to get your order to your front door. Whether it’s shipping from a different warehouse, shipping in individual packages, or expedited shipping options, our first and primary focus is to get packages delivered to our valued customers.
This has been a trying time. I appreciate your patience and we will work to do a better job going forward.

I am trying to be patient but I don’t understand how this situation has not been rectified by now? One could come to the conclusion that a whole new system could have been installed and everyone trained in the amount of time that has passed. I apologize to the monitors for yet another complaint to read. Like everyone else, I just want the items I have been charged for??

I am going to add something and you all can get mad at me, it’s all right. Being I worked in the customer service field in banking I was use to the crap goes downhill scenario. Can’t think of a better term, well, yes I can but not putting it in here as I will get spanked. We would only get so much info from the BIG DOGS & that was it and we scrambled thru the day doing the best we could for the customers.
Our moderators do a wonderful job everyday for all of us. They are always on the ball with answering questions, doing price adjustments, checking into whatever they have access to for us, ordering us program guides,helping with coupon codes, etc.
But guess what????? They are doing the best they can with what information they have. They are not in the warehouses working, they are not in IT department and they are not machinists working on the equipment. Yes, I am waiting on several orders too and I want my stuff too but this constant nagging and bickering at the mods is getting ridiculous. If they had further information I am sure they would share it with us all as I imagine all of them are going home exhausted everyday since this has been going on. Now , you are probably going to say, “well, if you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen!” Our moderators need their employment just like everyone else does in the US to pay the bills, feed the children & pay the mortgage. I am sure when they get more info they will share it. And for the higher ups, Will you please provide adequate & updated information to your employees so they can get it out to the customers as your employees do not at all deserve to be brow beaten either all day. Thank you & to all of us I hope we get our packages soon & to all our moderators I want to personally thank each and everyone of you for the awesome job you do day in and day out for all of us. HSN not respond to my thread posting and emails, I guess I have nothing important to say! Even though I drop $100s at HSN almost monthly.
Also, I just checked and the Cricut Explore Air 2 is back in stock! How can it be back in stock and I haven’t even received mine! WTF HSN?!

Hey HSN…My orders from Oct 5 finally say shipped but now I have orders from 10 15 just sitting there?? When are these gonna ship?

I’m at the boiling point with HSN. Like the majority of people on here, I’ve had my order sit in the warehouse since 10/04/16.I can’t even get a reply back from the VIP email address I was sent.This debacle makes no sense at all!! I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. I’m thinking about creating a Facebook ‘hate’ page on HSN. The President (Bill Brand) should put a temporary hold on the current orders and put a PRIORITY RUSH on the orders that’s been effected by the ‘NEW UPGRADE’. Somebody needs to put a FIRE under somebody’s A$$ at the TN warehouse. I will never/ever order anything again from HSN. I can’t imagine what the Christmas orders will be like. But I won’t be around to experience it. I’ll go to QVC.

I’m writing for the ONE BIILIONTH TIME!! I am literally getting super mad. I keep seeing that people ordered stuff on 10/7, 10/8, 10/15, blah, blah, blah and yet THEIR items are being shipped! I literally purchased my item on 10/4 and yet, I still have not received any indication that my order is still in packaging.
I find it amazing that I hopped on HSN on 10/4 almost as soon as the Cricut became available to make sure I would receive it before it sold out! Yet, here I am waiting!! I’m so sick of this! What is going on? Where is my Cricut? I paid for it, so where the heck is it? I’ve written to customer service, called customer service and always receive the same response. I even emailed your VIP email TWICE! I guess I’m not VIP enough though because I never received an answer.
I find it it funny that you’re sending out the same message to everyone. While consistency is key, it isn’t the case when it comes to a material item that has been paid for already! Did you receive an email from upper management that said to copy and paste the generic response to everyone? I question this because I received the same email as a person below. The email being:
I’m so sorry for the wait for your order. I’m sure you’ve been made aware of the warehouse malfunction that delayed several orders, so I won’t go into detail. But I do want to assure you that we have a large team of people working around the clock, through the weekend to get these orders out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I don’t have a specific date for this, but we will be notifying you by phone or email when changes occur. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward.
How how difficult is it to just start from when the orders were delayed and move forward? Bam! Problem solved!! Why not just give us real answers as to where our products are???
An answer will be greatly appreciated as I’m sure management will just overlook this!

I have 2 items that have been in “Packaging” status since 10/15 now, but I did get an email from Customer Service on 10/21 saying they apologized for the delay.
The email stated,
“It has not shipped in a manner that meets our high standards…and for that we are truly sorry.”
“We recently added new technology and equipment in one of our warehouses, which we believe will ultimately improve the overall speed of delivery to our customers when fully implemented. While we tested it thoroughly, when put into production we identified that certain orders were not shipped within our normal timeframes. Please know we are working diligently to address this matter immediately.”
Just hope my orders finally get shipped…with the holidays coming up makes me a bit uncomfortable to place future orders.

Well…for all the drama going on…I had these three orders done on October 14, 18 and 20 that said extended…but all will be delivered tomorrow the 25th…yippee! I have one remaining item on extended…the Lorena Garcia Skinny Mini cookbook from the 18th…not so long ago and is estimated around the 1st (my conspiracy theory is that they were delayed from being printed.) I’ve gotten some great deals, free shipping, FlexPays, my coupon, etc…that will keep me shopping with HSN.

Is there any way to cancel my delay shipping order that has been in packaging for a week? I don’t want it anymore!

Order a week ago, was expecting order today. Got original email about order, no tracking etc. Finally chatted today:
HSN: Your satisfaction is important to us and I am happy to help you. Just one moment please while I locate your account.
Me:: thanks 🙂
HSN: Once your order has shipped, we will notify you via email so you may track your shipment. As of now we do not have the shipping method . As a valued customer, we greatly appreciate your business and thank you for your patience.
Me:: ok. order on 17th said 3-7 business days. never got another email saying how shipped or method, so no tracking #
HSN: I am truly sorry but the warehouse has experienced a delay in updating the shipping status of some orders and I feel terrible that your purchase was affected. The moment we receive the information, we will immediately send you an e-mail with the available tracking information to let you know that it is on the way. We don?t want you to worry at all!
Me:: So today is 5th business day. Was wondering because usps and fedex went by already.HSN: We will email you once it has shipping and provide you with the tracking information .
Me:: So it hasn’t shipped yet?
HSN: No it has not.
Me:: So why does my order say 3-5 business days?

HSN: .I am sorry for any inconvenience. Was there anything else I may assist you with today?
Me:: I wanted the steamers, and did not want to cancel. Can you not rush send it or something?
Me:: Or discount it for me…
HSN: I do understand and regrettably I cannot expedite shipping due to the warehouse delay in shipments .
HSN: I wish this were different for you.
Me:: Yes at this point cancel refund whatever I’ll go to Walmart and have one today
HSN: Yes ma’am I will do so.

Bill, while I thankyou very much for your update, I am curious to know why everytime I called about my order I received a different explanation? I also am not very happy today as I was expecting some of my product today and insead of it coming UPS it was shipped to my local post office where it will sit while I wait yet another day!!! As I see in your letter you expressed your concern and said you would expidite shipping I do not see that happening!!! Thankyou for your time .

Foxie 2 that is awful! It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat. It’s been beyond frustrating, I’ve personally had 4 different excuses for my delayed shipping, when a rep takes the time to respond. If there is nothing for hsn to hide I think we all would have got the same excuse, but we have all heard something different. The longer this gets drawn out the more upsetting it is to me. People work hard for their money and deserve honesty when handing over their money for a purchase. The holidays are coming and I for one do not wish to shop for my gift giving through hsn knowing that the delivery process has turned into a joke.

I am beyond mad as well! I cancelled my two orders as they were bday presents…well the bdays came and went. I thought they were truly cancelled guess what they will be delivered today and I got charged for them! I called and cancelled them!!! Then got a shipping notice when I called back well just send it back and we will refund the money….so they keep my money and then probably get charged for 2nd pymt b4 it gets taken care of. I don’t have the time to send it back but I will.

This is beyond frustorating….I ordereded on the 3rd….still have not revieved the products…I got an email Saturday saying that it was shipped…with a tracking number…but when I track the number…it actually has not shipped yet…they just created a lable, which is deception in my mind, as it has not moved yet…THEN…I get an email this morning…saying that there is a problem with my order…and it has not shipped…so which is it…has it shipped or not? Is there a problem with my items…or are they on their way? At this point…I am pretty much done with HSN…sad, because the item I orders, is an HSN exclusive…and I signed up for Autoship for future products…UGGGH!

I finally received ship confirmation email from HSN on Friday(10/21) for the item I ordered on 10/8. I have already had to cancel a few orders due to their recent delayed shipping problems but I’ve kept this order since it was for a wedding shower gift. When I viewed the package tracking, it said (10/21) “Package is in transit to a UPS facility.” (10/22) “Your package was Not received at the UPS facility as originally scheduled. This may cause a Delay.” Really?? Do I want any more delay? I think Not and I’m getting really frustrated at this point!!!
