Package Delivery Delays

We’re having issues with some package shipping delays out of our Tennessee warehouse and we’re trying to catch up. Our teams are working around the clock to get your order to your front door. Whether it’s shipping from a different warehouse, shipping in individual packages, or expedited shipping options, our first and primary focus is to get packages delivered to our valued customers.
This has been a trying time. I appreciate your patience and we will work to do a better job going forward.

I see the same canned answer is STILL being used about shipping delays from Piney Flats, surely by now there is a better answer. It has been over 2 months since the backlog started.

Well as i stated in a previous E-mail my order on 11-19th for Tru-hair thickening fibers in still in packaging…
I did call C.S several times about this,and because of my thinning hair did not want to cancel… However at this point may..
So have some other products that work good,… Again the Tru hair was at a very good price free ship i think??. Several flex pays… So the incentive to order was there…
Okay so am still on the fence with canceling…

Thank you for addressing this concern.
My request is to be able to cancel order that is sitting in packaging, or to request you keep the items in status that can be canceled until it goes to packaging. That way we can change our minds and maybe purchase something else.

BILL: I’m sure you’ve seen all around these boards that there are several CHRONIC problems with HSN that have been going on for months now. I have had bad experiences more times than I can accurately recount. Many of us have the same issues and I, like many others, will not be purchasing any items from HSN for the holidays because I have NO FAITH that they will arrive in time or actually BE AVAILABLE at all. Common problems now being posted about across these boards: items spending days/weeks in packaging, delaying their delivery even if “expedited” shipping is paid for; items being sold on air as IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE only to be oversold (oops!!) or upon check out the customer discovers that the item is actually on extended delivery; warehouse “issues” that are apparently still on-going; items arriving cramped inside boxes that are too small; CS reps giving different responses each time you contact them (one other poster said she got SIX different answers about a problem she was experiencing), etc. etc. Things are much different and much worse. HSN used to be a trusted go-to for me last year…no longer. Even tonight, an Iman bag that sold out earlier today is listed on the site as sold out, but they are still displaying it on set and the models are still carrying it even though it isn’t available anymore…other television vendors remove a product from air once it is gone. It’s all just become too much for most people to trust. Your message may be well-intentioned, but it isn’t rectifying the problems.

ordered again last week because I was sure the packaging problems were over and done with ;/ Now I see they are not. Hope I receive my items quickly since they are craft items needed to make Christmas cards 🙁

My order was places on Oct 20 th today is NOV 14 and Im still waiting I called and was told that they were having shipping problems and my order would be shipped express well it finally shipped on the 11th and its being sent UPS GROUND so I have to wait another week. I also have a order in that was extended delivery for 11/11 and its still not been into packaging it was for making my christmas cards so I hope it ships soon and is expressed if this is how its going to be with HSN I’m done I am a very good customer but QVC can get me stuff here in 3 days.

, my order for the Lancome Mascara has been hanging out for a week now. I could have flown to Paris by now and have bought it straight from the manufacturer. What gives? It’s one small mascara. One, teeny tiny mascara. What gives?

All I ordered was a Lancome Mascara. It’s been processing/packaging for six days. I know HSN is about to or has closed the Roanoke VA warehouse. Therefore they have 2 warehouses now. Fontana CA and Piney Flats TN.
It’s irritating at least to wait and wait for a package. Amazon ships theirs out probably the same day or a day after the order has been placed.
HSN, it’s going to get very busy for the Christmas season very soon.
Fix the shipping problem. The people at the top have to fix it, the warehouse people do the the work.
Whatever is going on, it’s only going to get worse. A good time to have implemented change would have been in the summertime, the slower season.

Good luck with a reply..they still have yet to ship or give me an update on my circut air 2. That vip email is to throw people off from posting the REAL truth on this site. Im a very pissed off customer. HSN has really lost a customer not because of their delays but becasue of the lack of communication

Although I eventually received my orders place on Craft day, Since my order placed on October 28th is still in “packaging” limbo I guess the issues with shipping have not been fixed. I have to admit I am hesitant to place any other orders.

My order of 10/11/2016 arrived today and the quilt is gorgeous. Had you just been honest from the beginning I would have just been waiting, instead of being irritated. Thanks to all those customer service folks that did everything they could do to keep me appeased during this fiasco of misinformation.

I just wanted to pop on here and give an update on my orders from October 12th and 16th. All pieces from both of those orders have finally shipped. It was an aggravating process, but I do believe that HSN is making some headway in the backlog of orders. Thank you to the HSN customer service reps who waived my shipping fees. Once the items shipped, they were at my door in 3 days. I did order a few more items this week for Chrismtas and noted that the expected ship date does say “extended delivery” with a given date. I am ok with that and thank HSN for the warning. I hope things continue to improve for all who are waiting on orders.
Now, who has their Christmas tree up?

I would simply like the cancel order option after no shipping after the original expected delivery days. I am tired of waiting, and have over weekends and weeks of travel coming up,

Totally agree. After a new email today telling me they still have no clue, I’m done. So mad.
