New Delay Tactic on Shipping Delays????
So, one of my Oct 5th, craft items, that has been in packaging, like so many others, seems to have a new tactic being employed.
I got an email 8:30 am on Monday, the 17th, saying, “Your item has shipped”. Guess what? 48 hours later, when I try to “track it”, there is not one single piece of tracking information filled in yet. No beginning destination, nothing. Entire tracking trail is blank.
Perhaps we’re supposed to be happy that it has changed status from “Packaging” to “Shipped”; when clearly nothing has actually changed.

I called and spoke with customer service management yesterday. HSN has had major problems with computers & robots as they close the Virginia warehouse and move all to Tennessee. I was told earliest my order placed 10 days ago will ship is 2 weeks.
Until then no one has been honest about shipping delays…

? I placed an order yesterday for vitamins, and it said my delivery date would be NOV. 8th!! That’s 21 days, or 3 WEEKS, wow!! VERY dissappointed with this!

Lady Di13 ^^ sign up for the shipping carrier updates . You can confirm for sure if your package ship .
My last 2 orders shipped and arrived in 3 days . I think both came directly from the vendor .
I hope HSN can help everyone with late orders and offer some type of credit . I plan to watch for that yellow highlight with extended ship before placing my christmas orders . HTH
