JOY Super Chic 2-in-1 vacuum

  Yes there’s another thread here where people said the reviews were complainng about that.  I’m so sorry.  Hopefully they can get it corrected,

I just received my second vacuum, as the first had to be returned for overheating and actually burning my hand when holding the handle as a dustbuster.  

After trying the ‘new’ vacuum, it does the same thing! It overheats, to burning….and shuts off…Have to wait quite a while to use it again and then only for a few minutes at a time.

Thinking of sending this one back as well.  Wish Joy would fix this problem.

just rec’d mine, and basically bought it for the staircase carpet. it really has the power to pick-up the pet hair on stairs, and it got pretty hot, but didn’t shut off. i am going to remove the scent disc to see if it could lessen the heat on unit. i love mine!!

I really want to like Joy’s products. Yet after that New Years mop fiasco (scratched my floor), when her new products come in, I wait for the reviews.  I have not ordered anything of hers since. I even recorded the movie Joy and can not view it just yet.
