Joy Mangano Comfort Pillow (cool on onside and warm on the other)

I bought 4 of Joy’s Pillows..LOVE LOVE them..I NEVER had a smell on any 4 of mine. Hmmm. I do see people commenting on the smell..I will buy more of these Comfort and Joy Pillows.. The best pillow I have ever owned

I got those pillows they didnt smell but I cant tell if they have a cool side or a worm side they both feel the same.  Didnt they send you a return label

I bought the pewter colored pillows on the Buy one get one Free sale. IAM IN LOVE! This IS the very Best pillow I’ve ever owned! Wish I had 3 more sets! Next set I Buy Will be the Purple, the green then the Yellow & Stark White. The smell went away Just put a dryer sheet down In the pillow case For a couple Of days I LOVE THESE PILLOWS!!!! You’ve made One happy Girl In Louisiana!

I bought the comfort pillows .  I love the pillow no neck soreness!!! I did’t buy the pillow case the ones I have are to small. I will get a set. Thanks!

I recieved my Pillows and I love them!  I don’t think  there was a problem with smell but I have read that there were several reviews about smell.  I think this was a good buy.

I love them, I had ordered a King several months ago but it is huge so I just ordered the two for one, I really dont feel the kool or the warm I just like the feel on my neck and head

Didn’t care for Joy’s pillows either.  I got one when they first care out and found out it wasn’t all that "cool" because my head still sweats.  Worst of all, my neck hurt and hands were numb when I awakened. I’ll stick with Tony Little pillows from now on. 

I have not tried these but have the tony little pillows which seem similar. You don’t put those in pillow cases either but they (the cases)are washable. Both hubby and I love them so if u are unhappy you might want to try them out!

I bought these pillows.  Mine did not smell.  The first night I slept on it, it was an adjustment.  It took me awhile to get comfortable. But then again, my old pillow is really old and was flat as a pancake.  So I am still getting used to these.  I did put a pillowcase on them because I am not sleeping on it without that.  I am hoping these will work out because I absolutely have no time to get to a store right now and buy pillows.

I think that next time, Joy should offer this Pillow in  2 different versions. A Firm and a Soft version.

I got my pillows last Friday and opened about 9:30pm. I took one pillow out and the
smell was very, very strong. I have been airing both pillows out (in the sun and fresh air)
Since then and there is still that chemical smell but it’s getting fainter. I will give it a week to see if it completely goes away and if it doesn’t I will return. One interesting thing is how flat and compact they were right out of the box but fluff up nicely as I’ve shaken them and turned them while airing out. Will update when "I get to use them. Joy was selling pillow cases the day of TS so I assumed they were to fit these pillows. Didn’t’ buy them though.

These pillows feel amazing! They are so cushy, soft and rich.  They do contain memory foam and did smell when i opened the package.   I’ve let them air for three days so tonight is the first night I’m sleeping on them. I’ve had no luck with the last two sets I’ve tried from reputable department stores.  I did put them in pillowcases, but i didn’t experience problems that others had. It is a snug fit though.  I didn’t notice that joy said to not put a pillowcase on them, but the card that comes with them said to put cases on to protect the pillow. I also bought a set for the living room that arrived today and are airing out.  Here’s to hoping for a good night sleep.!

The smell will go away. I did not sleep on them until the smell was gone.
