Infusion Buffet Service

I’ve been looking at the 3.5 quart Infusion and am wondering what you think. Not sure if the stainless is heavy duty or thin. I have seen the Tromatina but it has only one server with a convection burner. It seemed nice, but would really like three servers for entertaining.

JMC, It does seem inviting. However, what I need to know is if the stainless is very light weight. I also have seen the tramontina on line, but the servers are 3.0 quart each. You can also cook in these, which means your hands are free and you can spend time with your guests.
