Improvements Telescoping 10-piece Outdoor Cleaning Kit Storage Bag "Stinks"

Received my Improvements Telescoping 10-piece Outdoor Cleaning Kit a couple of days ago. Haven’t used it yet so I didn’t want to post a review yet. The storage bag that came with it has an awful chemical smell. I’m not talking about a mild stink, but toxic. Does anyone else have this problem?  Right now I have it airing out on my deck. I even sprayed it with an odor eliminating product. Didn’t work.  Originally had it in the cellar, but the smell was so bad it was making me sick. What a waste. I may have to throw it out if the obnoxious odor doesn’t fade away.  I won’t toss it until I know the cleaning kit works ok.  It would be nice to have the storage bag to store all the parts in.  Bummer.
