heartbroken GEMINI today’s special
I ordered the todays special the Gemini machine long before it sold out. Long story short I chatted online and said i am concerend it still says packaging they assured me it was picked from the warehouse it was mine. Not satisfied called customer service spoke with a supervisor whol looked into it seems I am NOT getting one they oversold thier inventory??? That is sooooo not right especially when they came back on 6 hours after i bought mine and said they found more inventory but yet mine doesnt get fulfilled?? anyone else??

In the description “material compositon” is “plastic,” no mention of any metal.
Are you SURE they’re stainless steel?

I ordered mine before it sold out also. My orders kept saying packaging. I was not concerned. I should have been. My many orders were unfulfilled. I called HSN. They told me it was vendor error. I ordered from more than 1 vendor. I have been a loyal HSN customer for many years. I am very upset. They could of at least called me!:mansad::manembarrassed:

How can they fill an order as they receive them? They don’t know if you’re going to buy something else. They wait until the end of the 24 hrs. to have a complete order just so they can package everything in the same box for the cost of $4.95. It’s not like QVC that ships every item separately. And you have to finish paying for each time you add something during the day, you can’t just keep accumulating them in your “bag”. If they aren’t paid for thoughout the day, they take it from your bag for someone who is paying immediately.

So Sorry Missykev, I watch Hochanda on line. Its out of the UK and Sara was on tues, wed. She said they have really been swamped with orders from there and the US and that they are really pushing production. I wonder if when they get caught up with all this months orders that they might be available again in August sometime and maybe even on her US website. She does have some of her things on there. Not the products she is currently selling on her tv shows but others..

Awww, I am so sorry to hear that. I’ve been a Cust. Service/Dept. Manager and I would make an exception–IF there was any stock at all to ship out in the near future, especially if one of my staff canceled a customer’s order just because she was checking into seeing what happened/why it was delayed.

Seeing more and more people posting that they finally rec’d shipping email notifications, I was hoping you convinced them to reorder/reactivate your order for the Gemini for you and that you could still receive one.
I would try calling back and try to see if another Supervisor or Manager could make a special order for you, doesn’t seem fair that your order was canceled without waiting for them to show up in stock, it’s not in HSN’s best interest to ever cancel orders at any time, so maybe they could help you out, I hope so.
Also, if other people canceled their orders, there could be a Gemini available if you wish to wait a little bit. Worth a shot.

By the way don’t give up yet. I don’t think I would totaly belive the person who said you aren’t getting one. Especially if it said it was still in packaging and you didn’t receive a sold out email. Also I think Sara Davies tries really hard to cover the orders and if you ordered and didn’t cancel I bet you will get one if not immediately with in a couple of weeks. Last time I was put on extended delivery it wasn’t near as long as they said it would be (this was also with Crafters C.)

Did you get an email yet saying it has been shipped? Mine said packaging up til last evening and then I got an email around 7 saying it had shipped. So hope you did too.
I don’t know how they fill orders, this time I didn’t order the gemini til late in the afternoon and I am getting it. Last craft day before this I ordered some things right after the show started and ended up on the extended delivery wait list. Doesn’t make any sense as you try to order early to be sure and get what you want and you still have to wait and other times I order at the last minute and get it!

Had the same issue. Ordered mine early afternoon well within the sold out period. Even posted to Crafters Companion Facebook page and Sara replied that they will be working with HSN to see that orders are filled. Let’s hope that is the case.
I have also read that HSN doesn’t fill orders in the order they are placed which makes me extremely unhappy. I have pretty much decided if I don’t get this order, I am done with HSN. Their handling of this special really blew it for me.
If the stock isn’t replenished by August 5, they automatically cancel our orders. Nice business practice.

I’m sorry to hear that. That must be really disappointing. I don’t understand why they don’t fill the orders in the order they are received. I think others have mentioned on here about that happening. I didn’t order the Gemini; I want to wait to see the reviews.
