I never got any coupons either, only candy bars or wine coupons until I changed my  e-mail preferences. Now I am starting to get them.  Give it a try.  Wish I had done that sooner.:womanhappy:

My only problem with coupons is that I get one in my email inbox and don’t see it until the next day – and guess what —-  it was only good for 24hrs and I missed it already.  Drives me crazy!  This keeps happening to me, why only good for 24hrs??  Give me a chance to use it, I don’t log into my email every single day, I have to work long hours to pay for my HSN items so you can’t always catch me in that short a time frame. Frustrated and bummed!!  :womanfrustrated:

Yes, I just had a civilized “fight” in Live Chat. I lost.

This morning I saw a nice surprise “Just for You” 15%-off coupon on top of the HSN main page, and I tried to use it on MW’s FLATTERfit pants, just reduced — but not clearance. Guess what? Coupon is INVALID on “promotional offers or discounts.” Rep said because these pants were “just reduced,” the coupon won’t work.

Ahh, a new wrinkle. Bah! Pfft! I’ll let them sit in my Favorites until they are reduced again. If not reduced again, I can live without them.

Edited to add: P.S. I am appreciative of HSN’s clearance prices and coupons that work. When they don’t work, it does take the fun out of it.

Yes tried to use as order a bunch of stuff and thought would help but not able to use.

Addendum to my “Live Chat” fail: I decided to email HSN about my experience after rereading foxie2’s original post. I received a reply that I should have been able to use the “holiday gift” coupon code on the MarlaWynne Showstopper FLATTERfit pants. My Spendable KA$H was credited with 15 percent of the cost of that item. So, YAY! I’m glad it worked out, but some of these coupon snafus are almost not worth the time it takes. Thank you, OP!
