By Special request for DBQRams and Velveteen Rabbit7

Hi everyone,

I am posting up some pictures of my latest creations using my Brother Scan N Cut. As the title says By special request.

What I have up first is a Birthday card made with my snc. We now are able to take our fonts from our word programs and use them with the free program canvas. This is a free font file of shoes wingding/dingbat. What a wingding or dingbat is is a design that represents a letter of the alphabet. I chose this for my daughter who loves shoes. The words Happy Birthday were written out by my Scanncut. I then colored them in with my Crafters Companions Glitter pens.I see the universal pen popped in to the picture.:smileyhappy:

As I have mentioned to Velveteen Rabbit7 in a PM. I have a felt bear in the works. What I am showing you at this time is the design drawn out on copy paper and the design cut from the bear boarder design found in the designs of the Scanncut and from the Canvas. have saved my bear and will be making it soon.

That drawing of the bear came from this Bear Boarder. I separated it out from the boarder using Canvas.

The next picture is of a felt good luck charm I made using my snc and a ginger bread design from the scanncut.

I made this with felt and then used the glitter iron sheets for the scanncut  I enlarged it and gave it the 1/4 inch sewing line so that I could follow it around.I then cut out the back and front two pieces total with my scanncut. You can do those kind of things with scanncut.When I finished machine sewing it. I stuffed it with stuffing and then hand

hand sewed the opening closed.

The bear design will  also be cut out with 2 pieces of felt and sewn the same way as the lucky charm.

I like all the new updates that have come out recently for the Brother scanncut. I have purchased the new embossing kit and I really like the accessories and all the new updates. They are also coming out with more updates and new kits. I think the foiling kit will be out in the end of February we will see.
