What the heck is this?

Good question Pipman…$30, and no information. And having to spend more money for more filters…no thanks.  

Don’t know either,  but it comes in pretty colors. 

Looks like a portable filtration system. So you could just carry this bottle with you, filled it with tap water in the airport bathroom and could drink it without disgust. Being you spend at least a $1.50 for a bottle of water it’s 20 bottles worth of water. It’s a useful thing for those who for some reason cannot haul their own water with them (for example, because they fly, or constrained by weight they can carry. Obviously, this is not for a home use.

I need to kow how to assemble all the parts of the filter, description and pictures aren’t clear enough
