This is my first time writing something like this, but ……
Last Year, TL had a TS for cheeks healthy sandals 2pair, I ordered 2 set. They’re falling apart, the gel cousin under the heel peeled away.
Today finally I called HSN Customer service, I asked her what is the warranty on this sandals.
“maybe a crazy question on sandals, but this in not a Wall-Mart special for $2-$4. and Tony Little SHOULD STAND BY HIS PRODUCT.
HSN rep, Kathy said, sorry Mamm, there is no warranty on this sandals. I said so I can just toss it in the garbage with my $40 spend on this?
Rep: SORRY IT’S NO WARRANTY, MAY I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING ELSE?

Maybe this is another reason why my Friends that I have referred to HSN from QVC!!!! Went BACK to QVC.

? Contact Tony online. Tony implies that his sandals will last u a lifetime. Maybe HSN should not let him imply that on air if customers take it seriously, the way u have. I’m sorry u r having a rough time.
