Tiny TENS w/Heat…

Has anyone else had trouble with the settings on the newest Tiny TENS units with Heat? Not sure if mine is defective and wondering if I should send it back. It seems the “intensity level” will default back to 0 if you try to move the pad after it is started – say to your back – even if it is in the locked position! I like the unit, and left a good review but am now wondering if I was too generous with my review???

The pads really don’t stick that well as the unit is quite heavy and I have noticed that you can’t get the replacements pads anywhere but HSN which worries me if they stop carrying them!

Thanks for any input from those who have the unit….

I think it’s a safety issue that the unit turns off when the electrodes are moved. I haven’t used one from HSN but about 6 years ago I had a very strong unit from my Ortho but mine didn’t have heat.
