STILL IN PACKAGING
What is happening to HSN delivery system . I ordered items on Oct 2 and today is Oct 8. still in packaging. how long does it take to two small bottles of vitamins. Come on HSN step up to plate. orders are taking too long with everything.

I placed my order on Oct 5 and my item is still in packaging as of today 10/16/2016. And to top it off, once it does ship (mind you, no one knows when that will be), it will take another 7-10 days for me to receive it. So all in all were talking about close to a month to receive an order. I am so disappointed with HSN. I have been shopping with them for years, and both the shopping and customer service were always a pleasant experience…NOT ANY MORE. With my last two orders, I have been dealing with CSR’s who are extremely rude and quite robotic in there responses, they give very pat answers with no real solutions or explanation. I am definitely considering ending my patronage with HSN.

I spoke to a rude CS rep last night (and rated the call and her as such) regarding why an item I had to re-order on 10/6 was STILL in packaging as of today (10/15). She gave me so many obvious lies it wasn’t funny. The best was the “it was due to the hurricane on the east coast and it shipped from a warehouse there”.
I live on the east coast. We did NOT get hit by the hurricane as it moved out (thankfully) but MORE important, it hit WAY after I ordered this item. She mumbled and then said “well the VENDOR is late in shipping it”. Ah, so this is another item that is being shipped from the vendor which NO ONE stated when the item was on air (it was a TSV). Understand that this item aired in September and they sent the wrong sizes so I STILL don’t have my item but I’m paying for it due to being charged right off the bat.
The best part? “Oh, you’ll have it by the 26th….I think”. Great. Thanks.
She talked over me, didn’t want to hear anything and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. The lies these people are being told to tell customers makes me shake my head. If you’re going to lie, at least make it believable, ok? Geez.

I missed Andrew’s presentation tonight. Wondering if he spoke about the shipping delays.
My orders from October 3 are still in packaging staus. The last time I called Customer Service about this problem I was told my orders would be delivered no later than October 17. This seems unlikely. I would like HSN to provide an explanation, offer a coupon, or some other kind of good will gesture to the customers who are still waiting.
HSN needs to do something positive to keep my business.

I just spoke with a customer service representative and her supervisor about my Andrew Lessman autoship order that was suppose to ship out last Monday October the 3rd which I have still not received yet and still has not shipped out. She mentioned nothing about Hurricane Matthew – My Andrew Lessman autoship orders always come from Piney Flats, TN warehouse which is in eastern TN and was not affected by Hurricane Matthew anyway.
The supervisor told me they are doing some major consolidating of warehouses in the eastern United States area – she mentioned the Roanoke, Virginia and Piney Flats, TN warehouses. They are trying to consolidate most of the merchandise into the Piney Flats, TN warehouse if I understood her right. This is causing a major backlog of orders because they’re in the midst of stacking a lot of additional merchandise into one warehouse so that the orders will become more automated and faster in the future. They apparently can’t get to a lot of orders right now because they are too busy consolidating warehouses. She was also told not to do any exchanges or new orders for items customers haven’t received yet because it will just create a greater backlog of orders.
(I think the CSs were told not to reorder the same items that people are waiting for meaning if I ordered an item from Andrew Lesman that has been stuck in packaging, they won’t reorder that for me right now because I might think I might magically get the new order shipped out faster, I guess? And, they won’t exchange items for people that have received items already because all this will add to the backlog of orders they haven’t shipped out.) HSN, if any of this is wrong, please clarify, Thanks!
I think the Supervisor said that they are making the Piney Flats, TN warehouse much bigger, so, I guess contruction is going on there also… So, most of the HSN merchandise in the eastern unites states warehouses are probably being consolidated into the Piney Flats, TN warehouse.

In my state NC , I-95 is still closed . We have counties underwater and the water is still rising . Remember Matthew actually hit shore in NC . There are thousands and thousands that lost everything. Roads , bridges are out or closed .
NC got hit hard , 22 confirmed dead so far.
No way , shipping from Roanoke- Piney Flats to my abode would be affected.

I am fed up with HSN! I have been waiting for the autoshipment of my Andrew Lessman Secure Complete Meal Replacement protein drink to get to me for almost 2 weeks now! It was suppose to ship out on last Monday the 3rd which was 11 days ago! It’s an autoshipment for Christ’s sake and should have taken priority over any non-autoshiop orders from other customers!
I live in middle Tennessee and the warehouse that I always get my Andrew Lessman autoshipments from is the east TN Piney Flats warehouse! Normally, I would have received it in 3-4 days! This is ridiculous! I have been waiting 11 days now!
HSN should have contingency plans in place to at least be able to ship out autoshipments of Andrew Lessman products when there are problems with one of their warehouses. Maybe they could have sent the Andrew Lessman autoship orders to Andrew Lessman’s warehouse facility in Nevada and had him ship them out! But, they may not want Andrew to know about this, you think?

I checked UPS and they have a list of zip codes disrupted by the hurricane. This is obviously an HSN issue. If it is a warehouse issue are no orders going out? HSN should be mentioning this on the air and sending us a detailed explaination. As a long time customer I think we all deserve that and a credit for shipping. They have not provided shipping per their policy or even in a corrected timely manner. From what I have read items might not ship for 2 weeks yet and then you have to add delivery time. Also, some of the Anna Griffin items are on delayed delivery until early November. This is just unacceptable. I will think twice before ordering on craft days again even though I always spend well over a $100 each time.

I placed orders on October 7th for three (3) of Colleen’s Prestige Jewelry Boxes. Guess what……yep, as of October 13th they are still in packing. Now HSN was able to promptly charge my credit card for the purchases, but are unable to promptly ship my items. I’ll bet if customers could delay paying for their purchases 6 days or more afer they received them, HSN would be singing a different tune. Customers are getting all kinds of ridiculous excuses as to why our items have not been shipped. And “I’m sorry” from HSN representatives dosen’t personally make me one bit happier that I have paid for items which I do not have! HSN may need to consider adding additional staff to their warehouse shipping department!

I placed 13 orders on October 5th. All were from the Caft day except two. I recieved the two, but nothing from the craft day. I did a chat with customer service yesterday and was told that there was a problem at the warehouse and that my orders should arrive by the scheduled arrival dates. I called customer service today and was told that emails had been sent out telling us that our orders would arrive in another 10 days so by the 23rd. I see a response from HSN on one of these posts that said that the hurricane and UPS was a minimal interruption. This was going on prior to my order date. My items usually get here within 2 -3 days, with the exception of the Surepost shipments, which is another issue entirely, why would ups deliver to the post office and delay the shipments by 1-2 days, when it could be delivered to me on the origianl ship arrival date. Anyway back to the issue at hand, I was told today that I should have received an email about the shipping delays, well I did for one item, I placed 13 orders. Disappointed with how this is being handled. I have beeen a longtime customer and I understand that problems do arise in instances, but this should have been announced on air!

Shame on HSN warehouse delays! Same issue on 4 orders placed on Oct. 2nd. Just rec’d a notice that it will be at least 10 mmore days before they ship out my orders. Also was charged for a product that I never ordered or used. What’s up with that. If they could not deliver, they should not put Andrew Lessmans products os TSV’s etx. Same issue with other products had ordered.

I am having the same problem. I will NEVER use HSN again. My Amazon Prime hasn’t failed me in 3 years that I’ve been a member. High five for sending it back.

? Why are orders being delayed at the warehouse? I spoke to you in a Customer Service thread about my autoshipment for my Andrew Lessman Secure Complete Meal Replacement drink mix (Coffee Flavor) that was suppose to ship out last Monday the 3rd which was the shipment date and it still hasn’t shipped. The last day of the expected delivery window of 3-7 business days will be tomorrow which will be the 7th business day. Normally, I would have received it within 4 business days being that I live in middle Tennessee and the warehouse that it always comes from is in Piney Flats, Tennessee (Eastern part of Tennessee). I’ve ran out of it, so I’m really anxious to get it!!!
