I did this yesterday, my order was placed 10/3 and just today 10/8 went to packaging.

I ordered vitamins on Sept 30th. Just shipped yesterday. The ones ordered on Oct 2. Still packaging ??

if the delay is due to hurricane mathew then i will be patient.

I am also trying to be patient as I wait  for my vitamins. What I have usually found though, with Andrew’s supplements, they will just show up at my door. They don’t update the system like they do with other products,  to say, shipped,  and what date I should expect them. 

I was going to say the same thing about my craft day items.

I then thought about Hurricane Matthew.

I feel like an impatient kid waiting for Christmas morning to arrive. 

I called last week about my Lessman order of 3 supplements. My order was paced on October 3 and charged to my bank accound on Oct 4. I was told that there was a larger than expected volume of sales for the TS and that was the reason for the delay.  I did not order the todays special.  I was told that I would receive my order by October 13.

Today I had a phone message that there was a delay in filling the order for one of my items – Marine Collagen – and the expected delivery date was Oct 17.

I called Customer Service tonight.  All three of my orders are still in the packaging status, including Marine Collagen.

I asked to cancel the Marine Collagen but that was not allowed.  I learned that all three orders would be shipped together, expected delivery of October 17.  I told the representtive that the phone message said the delay was caused by a shortage of the product.  Her reply was that the delay was not Lessman or HSN but a UPS problem due to the storm.

So, three different stories to consider.  Not the level of customer service I would like.  As for inconveniece, I’ll be out of town for a few weeks.  Whenever the orders are delivered, I’ll be sending them back when I return.  I suggest that HSN charge the customer when the orders are shipped.  By the way, Lessman products are now on amazon.  I’ll be ordering there.

I’m still waiting for 2 items I ordered on October 1 & 2. It does seem to be generally taking longer for items to arrive now. 4 of my Oct. 5 craft day items are as of now still in “Packaging”. Looking forward to receiving them.:smileyhappy:

Ordered carols daughter shampoo Oct 1st, it’s still in packaging October 11th.

? Why are orders being delayed at the warehouse? I spoke to you in a Customer Service thread about my autoshipment for my Andrew Lessman Secure Complete Meal Replacement drink mix (Coffee Flavor) that was suppose to ship out last Monday the 3rd which was the shipment date and it still hasn’t shipped. The last day of the expected delivery window of 3-7 business days will be tomorrow which will be the 7th business day. Normally, I would have received it within 4 business days being that I live in middle Tennessee and the warehouse that it always comes from is in Piney Flats, Tennessee (Eastern part of Tennessee). I’ve ran out of it, so I’m really anxious to get it!!!

Thank you candace for your response.I went on carols website last Thursday, & received my order Saturday.  Such a long delay for a bottle of shampoo. Not blaming you.

I am having the same problem. I will NEVER use HSN again. My Amazon Prime hasn’t failed me in 3 years that I’ve been a member. High five for sending it back.

Shame on HSN warehouse delays! Same issue on 4 orders placed on Oct. 2nd. Just rec’d a notice that it will be at least 10 mmore days before they ship out my orders. Also was charged for a product that I never ordered or used. What’s up with that. If they could not deliver, they should not put Andrew Lessmans products os TSV’s etx. Same issue with other products  had ordered.

I placed on order on the 2nd….still in “packaging”  Personally..I think they should ship the item expidited shipping on their dime. .This is THEIR fault…make it right HSN!
