STILL IN PACKAGING
What is happening to HSN delivery system . I ordered items on Oct 2 and today is Oct 8. still in packaging. how long does it take to two small bottles of vitamins. Come on HSN step up to plate. orders are taking too long with everything.

FYI:. New info regarding purchases still in packing listed in “Craft……Still Packing” thread, and it is worth reading
A customer was able to connect with HSN cs who refunded cc charges for purchases not shipped. Customer was told they could return items, free of charge once received, as the order could not be canceled due to “packing” status or, call HSN and request HSN charge their account for the items once received and keep the items. I think this is an acceptable solution, It boils down to HSN refunding your cc charges for items you have not received due to delays in packing and giving you the option to return them to HSN, free of charge, once you receive them, or keep them and pay HSN only when the items are received. I can live with this arrangement. Excuse me while I contact HSN cs!!!!!, (Afterthought: I do think HSN should be responsible for the interest charged to our cc for the time they had use of our money and we did not haveuse of their products.)

I’m waiting for vitamins I ordered on October 2 and 4 craft items ordered on October 5. I came home from work today expecting to see a change in the status of my orders. There wasn’t. I called Customer Service and was told it was “absolutely because of the hurricane”. I questioned that because of other answers customers are receiving about the delay. I guess the frustrating thing is we have been given different reasons for the delay and that credit cards have been charged for items still in Packaging status. (I did get $5.00 spendable Kash.)

I placed an order for the Secure Complete Meal Replacement protein drink 4 hours ago on Andrew Lessman’s website and it has already been picked up by FedEx and is on its way to me. Even if you don’t pay for expedited shipping with him, your orders are still shipped out the same day you ordered them as long as you order by 3:00 Eastern Time. But, who knows when my autoshipment for this item through HSN will ship out – It has been stuck in “packaging” status since Monday, October the 3rd.

I ordered 2 of the NFL TSV’s on Oct 7 (483-126) I also ordered 1 of the NFL team furniture covers at the same time. I did get an email (around the 15th) saying the order was going to take an additional 10 days to get to me. So today I called to see what was going on. I was told the problem is at the warehouse, but I couldn’t understand what she saying. I had the feeling she had handled too many calls like mine today & just was not interrested in my questions. Ok…. I thanked her and said good-bye. So to be clear, I’m waiting on all 3 items.
I pulled up the item- ( 483-126 NFL/TSV ) looking to see if there were any reviews…none to be found. To be honest, my first thought was that HSN had over-sold the TSV. It happens.
So, I came here to the Community chats to see if the delays were only with the NFL/TSV. Clearly, it’s not.
I see my AUTO-SHIP order placed Oct 10th for the S20 laundry sheets, “initiated” on Oct 14. It is expected to arrive Oct 21. That seems about right…… if it arrives …LOL.
At this point, I’m fine with my orders taking longer since they are Christmas gifts.
I just hope the sizes will be ok. I’m 98% sure the sizes will be fine since Glll sizes run the same year to year. < GO GIANTS >

Well, mine still said processing. I placed an exchange on 10/12/2016 and it has not even moved to packaging. All they are able to tell me is that the delivery date is set for 10/22/2016. At this rate, I have no idea… Boo!

Well, I just placed an order on Andrew Lessman’s website for the Secure Complete Meal Replacement and I paid the extra $16.95 to have it delivered 3 days from now. I’m tired of waiting for my autoshipment of this from HSN. It was suppose to have shipped out Monday, October 3rd and is still in “packaging” status. From what HSN has been telling other people, I will probably not be getting it for another 10 Days. I’ve ran out of it, so, that’s why I paid for the expedited shipping. I’ve been without it for over a week now. Knowing my luck, my autoshipment for it through HSN will ship out tomorrow and I would have paid extra for nothing. It’s just hard to know what to believe with all the stories that HSN is telling people!!!

I wonder what Anna Griffin thinks about the long delays in the shipping process. I love all things made by her and HSN is the best place to find but at some point it becomes unacceptable. Especially no explanation.

Order placed on Oct. 5th still in packaging. At some point would think HSN would post an explanation for the delays. Nothing I have seen posted makes sense for the delays. It will soon be time for those of us who used flex pay to make another payment. Also many of the items are Christmas related. Some kind of response at this point would be nice. I think they should send all items by express immediately. A short delay I can understand but almost 2 weeks and still in packaging is not what they have always prided their company on.

HSN needs to start talking, or people may start filing complaints to the BBB. to charge somebody’s card for something, and then not ship it for who knows how long. It is ridiculous.
HSN, a VP or somebody higher up needs to get on these forums, and post WHY everything ordered in the first week of October is being delayed(and the auto shipped items for some) when items ordered AFTER that have been shipped out? You are causing a lot of bad faith with good customers, and it will cost you lost sales in the end. It could easily be remedied by the truth. People are all getting different stories from your CS representatives, and we just want to know the truth. Most of us regulars who are posting here in these forums buy a lot of items from you, and I’m sure that will stop for a lot of us if you don’t give us THE REAL explanation for what the delay is.

HSN’s customer service can’t even get their customer responses in line. I placed an order on October 7th, and I have never waited so long to have an order shipped. Here are the responses from customer service I’ve received:
1) The first time I used chat, and was told the order would be shipped out within 24 hours. This did not happen.
2) The second time I called, and was told due to the hurricane, the orders were delayed. I was told I would receive by order by October 22.
3) The third time I called again and was told the warehouse in Tennessee was having issues and would receive my order by October 24.
4) I received an email on October 14th telling me it would be ten more days until I received my order.
5) I utilized email to contact customer service. They told me they could make no guarantee on delivery date.
6) I called once more and was told my order would be sent overnight at HSN’s cost and would be delivered on or before October 21.
Not really sure who to believe or if I will ever even get my order.

Since their shipping charges are lower now maybe it’s because their reconfiguring their wharehouse locations? It’s unreasonably long.
