This great little product is best only purchased through HSN. Do not go through the direct site

it is not a trustworthy operation and I’m assuming Forbes doesn’t even know that her employees are untrustworthy so buy it ony through HSN. You can get the cords from amazon,I didn’t have a problem ordering cords but I don’t recommend taking a risk of buying anything else from the spingym site.
