SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

I am a long time HSN/Andrew Lessman customer but am so disappointed in both right now.  I have been using Andrew’s ultimate whey protein powder and ordered more (100 servings) during his most recent visit. I got an email from HSN saying it was on backorder and ‘may’ be available sometime in April.  Okay, I can understand that, but what I don’t understand is why it is still availabe on the HSN site-you have the option to order it but will get the same message in a day or 2.  I have contacted both HSN and Andrew’s company–HSN has no good answer, just ‘canned’ responses. Andrew’s company says it is available.  So what gives?  I just want the flipping product or at least an answer as to when I can get it.  My real issue now is that they won’t even take it off the site knowing full well it is not available.  That is extremely poor customer service!
