Slim Strider 360
Wow just got the Slim Strider, after 5 hours of aggervation and 4 calls to the help center, their would have been more but they closed. My pedals are rubbing against the frame, I am so dissapointed in how complicated and difficult this is too put together. The original air stryder was the best, unfortunately I gave it away during a cross country move. This might work if you have some mechanical person to put it together, I have finally gotton it back in the box, I am so done!!!!! with this never again HSN. I now have to figure out how to get rid of this 40 pound box with a bad back, not happy!!! Don’t buy this product it is ridiculous to assemble.

I liked the idea of it but went online to check reviews and there were too many complaints. Not only did many have hours of stress putting it together but it sounds like it is very poorly constructed. There are so many complaints of parts breaking…not always the same parts but a variety of parts. Such a shame. Brenda has been on HSN for many years and used to have good products but too many of these infommercial products are poorly made.
Hope you are able to find someone to move it for you. Heavy items are a big risk for many of us.

WOW!! 40 pounds? Brenda Dygraf didn’t last very long on QVC. I believe that channel sold her air climber only. Now she’s back on HSN. Make’s you say, Hmmmm. :smileyfrustrated:

LAFEMME I am so sorry that there was no phone support – sounds like it was defective. I hope and pray you did not have to pay to send it back.
I was fortunate – my husband put mine together and did not seem to run into those issues. For me with an injured IT band in my right hip that I could never rehab despite all my physical therapy and cortizone injections.
I have had it for a couple of years – so far so good.
So very sorry that so many have gotten lemons 🙁
