sciatica pain
could anyone recommend which vitamin would be most beneficial for this problem? Thank you.

I have lumbar spinal stenosis, along with scoliosis, and was having a lot of trouble the past few weeks with my knee and hip. I thought it couldn’t hurt to take Andrew Lessman’s circulation and vein support, as I had a bottle here. Much to my surprise, I started feeling a lot better. My knee was much less stiff and my lower back stopped hurting. I know they don’t make any medical claims, these are just the results that I found. I just re-ordered the largest size! Maybe it will help someone who has problems with lower back and/or stiff knees like me.

With Sciatic pain it is important to seek the advice from your Doctor. You do not want to do or take something that could make things worse. Over working the back and legs will cause much pain. You also do not want to do heavy lifting.

Well, I went back to QVC this morning and found the very same Lo-Bak Trax device as in my previous Post, only this one is $4-dollars cheaper and shows a DVD included! Thus, I cancelled my previous order and bought this one instead. How they can have so many different Item #’s for the same product baffles me. *sigh*
In any case, all the Claims, etc for this one are the same as the one posted previously.

I too have Sciatica … I went on You Tube and am doing some of the exercises they recommend
also I ordered from QVC (sorry) the LoBackTrack that Lori Grenier sells which looks like a
bicycle handlebar but I can’t believe how it has helped in only a week or so. Doctor wanted me
to go 3 times a week for therapy and thought I would try it on my own. I’m happy I did.

I have suffered from sciatica for years now. When one side heals I get it on the other side. If I don’t keep moving and exercise and stretch the pain runs all the way down my leg to my foot and it gets completely “numb” – makes it hard to walk. I was bedridden for a few weeks 2 years ago and it was awful – took a long time to get rid of it.
At least every other day I’m on that treadmill along with 15 minutes of stretching and that seems to keep it under control.:womanhappy:
I do take a Hi-B vitamin supplement but it does nothing for the pain.

I know it is very expensive and time consuming to seek professional help, but when your body is having pain, it is shouting at you that something is wrong. I really think you need to see a professional to find out exactly what your problem is.
Good luck to you and I am sending prayers to you to find out what your problem is and that it can be resolved quickly!
