Products are awful
I have ordered items probably 4 times from HSN and every time the product is not what is represented and has to be returned. Awful products and service. And I recent purchased the Tony Little pillows… what crap! I wake up with headache and neck ache every day. Junk. Don’t order them.
I don’t plan to order from this company again. QVC has way better products and service. And what they represent is what you get.

I’ve been having problems with bad products from HSN too. I have been with them for many years now and I used to be very happy with most of what I ordered, almost never returned anything, but lately not so much. I have recently ordered several things that I have had to return for one reason or the other, but usually because they were not anything like what was described during the show presentations. Example: Joy M’s pillows from last week. They are without a doubt the worst pillows ever, nothing like what was talked about during her shows. Another recent bad item is the Fix Me Stick for computer virus clean up. Pure junk. I expect that due to the number of things I have returned recenlty I’ll be getting the letter from HSN that others have been receiving about having their account closed due to too many returns. If I do get one, I’ll be gone from HSN for sure, but already thinking about moving on to QVC or Evine.

I’m sorry to hear this. I’ve ordered many products from HSN this past year since buying a new home. Most things I’ve been happy with. The products I haven’t liked though, I send back and don’t pay a dime for S&H. Customer service has been over the top!!! I don’t think people are aware of some things, like you really have a total of 60 days to return products from the day you ordered it. They include the S&H time. I would check the reviews if you haven’t before buying when possible.

I would call it a glitch and don’t worry.
(As far as that goes, consider the source; tony little’s products are mostly junk anyway.)
I have been using/buying products from HSN since 1996 at least. Mostly Andrew Lessman
vitamins, but a few other products too.
The only one I sent back was that stay cool by popping it cloth-load of bologna! :womanlol:
Didn’t work.
But other than that, I’ve been very happy with their products/ customer service
and the ease of returns.
I couldn’t live without Lessman’s supplements and they work-hands down.

Send it back! I have the best experience with HSN. I am able to say that I have shopped with both but the product and service is won by HSN. I worked in Quality control and things happen but calling and being nice and sweet goes a long way. I have never and will never be negetative because life is too short. What does it do to write nasty things? Does it make you feel better. Many products were on QVC are know on HSN. I learn so much from the cooking shows the chefs don’t sell they demonstrate how to cook or use. I appreciate it.
Kitchen products HSN does a good job. -
HI Tammy56, don’t give up on HSN! I have been a shopper for many years, some items I did return because something was broken or did not meet my expectations. Customer service has always been very helpful and always try to rectify my order. I love shopping HSN, they ofter items I did not know existed. I have the most beautiful bedroom, all on a budget, and don’t mention all the wonderful cookware that I have purchased at such reasonable prices and "flex pay". Happy Shopping.

HSN has a wonderful return policy and their Customer service is second to none .

The community here and customer service is exceptional……so many kind and courteous replies! People here care and genuinely want to help and want you to love what you buy. When you find your favorite type of thing to purchase buying it at HSN is such a pleasure. There are great deals all the time and it is a lot of fun interacting with other shoppers and many times the hosts and vendors. I have a short list of some brands which I will never bother purchasing again based on past experiences, but the items I have purchased and loved greatly outweigh the duds. If I was dissatisfied at any other store (online or otherwise) I seriously doubt anyone would care to remedy the situation other than providing a refund.

Welcome to the forum, Tammy56. I’m sorry that you are unhappy with your pillows. Everyone is different so what works for some may not work for others. Some people love the Tony Little pillows and said they have no more pain in their neck and shoulders after they began using them, and they have placed orders for more.
When we order things in the mail we are taking a chance because we can’t touch, try on, smell, or taste, etc. So we have to do our research and make informed decisions on the product. For instance, in the description on the product page it clearly states the fill of the pillows is 100% polystyrene foam beads. HSN also has a video presentation on the product page, and less than 30 seconds into the video it states they are filled with micropedic beads. There are customer reviews, too. While some are completely useless, there are some that are more descriptive. And of course you can come to the forum to ask questions.
If you order something to try out, be prepared to pay the return shipping costs if the item doesn’t work out for you. I love the convenience of ordering online because it is easy and I don’t like shopping in stores. I order knowing that the product may or may not work for me. Depending on the item, I will either return, exchange, or put it in the donation box if I can’t use it.

Tammy welcome. Hope you can blow past this experience and stick around. I had never even watched a shopping channel before last year. Started watching Q and wasn’t impressed. Then channel surfed to HSN. Applied for their credit card, got approved and am now addicted.
Love the shopping, games, community, chances to win.
Think I’ve only sent 1 item back,it was defective. I agree with the rest on here and choose your items just as you would in a brick and mortar store. I don’t buy to try, and I don’t really like sending things back or taking back to local stores. Only if defective. So I’ve been really happy here and with my purchases.
Glad to see that HSN will help you return. Also besides reviews, read a lot here in the community….sometimes it’s better than reviews!.

Hi Tammy56, so sorry that you had such a bad experience on hsn. I am a longtime customer here and orderd all kind of things and was every time very pleased (and I am so picky lol) I hope everything will work out for you. I never returned anything because it wasn’t like advertised. One time I called and they exchanged an item that stopped working right away, very friendly and helpfull and fast.

TAMMY,VERY SORRY TO HEAR. BEEN A CUSTOMER 25 YRS. VERY SELDOM DISAPPOINTED IN A PRODUCT. PLS. GIVE HSN ANOTHER CHANCE. LOVE YA…..

Wish I had kept the packing stuff and would hve sent these crappy pillows back. My bad there. Just another item to give to somebody else. If I wanted to sleep on bean bags, I would have bought a bean bag chair. Most over hyped product I have ever seen.

I have ordered about ten to fifteen items from HSN most were not what I expected them to be the last being a Hal dress stuffed in a plastic bag and also stuffed in the mail box. Items include bras (awful) DG 2 jeans 3 pairs same size 1 fit ,1huge and 1to small , one Nicky Butler ring ok not great. Best items have been bedding items. I have learned to be very careful and not get swept up in the hype.

I have been shopping at HSN, QVC and EVINE for decades. They all have their pros and cons.
I have the Tony Little pillows and they work great for the arthritis in my neck. The pillows and Tony’s Gazelle are two of my favorite long lasting products I’ve purchased from HSN.

I agree what what has been posted here…I shop both too..it’s hit or miss at both. the Customer Service here is far superior. But the products, I don’t listen to the sales pitches, and I don’t pay attention to the reviews…I listen to what I hear from people here on the Forums. This is where you get the truth about items. These are the people that take the time to tell the truth about things.
But give HSN another chance, it depends on what you are buying…and if you’re not sure…come into the forums and ask…you’ll get the info you need to make an informed decision.
