MELTED CHOCONUVO
Has anyone else received their Choconuvo? I received mine today liquid. CS says I have to wait 21 days to receive a return label from FEDEX. I’ve never had this happen with HSN or Andrew before. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I also left feedback at Procaps customer service.
They asked for the serial number on the bottom of the bottle. I’m guessing others have left similar feedback. They assured me the product was OK and to keep it in the fridge. As always, Procaps was very friendly and efficient.

I know this was a special summer shipment where extra measures were taken to ensure the product would arrive ok….2-day delivery, special cold packs inside bottle, etc. He said the free shipping was really costing $20 per bottle. Just wanted to leave feedback the special measures weren’t enough. Lesson learned.

I know in the past Andrew has said just let it cool and the squares will harden up again. I believe he might have stopped shipping in the sumer due to complaints like this. I had called his lab because I deperately would love to reorder these. I couldn’t care less if they came melted. They are sold out everywhere. I am so sorry I missed it when he was on selling these again. My cholesterol dropped 40 points and they are delicious! I can’t wait until they are back in stock.

I just received mine. I’m in Ohio, it’s 96 degrees outside, and the chocolate is completely melted. The cold packs are warm to the touch. I immediately placed the whole bottle in the fridge. We’ll see.
