MELTED CHOCONUVO

I live in Utah 100 degrees and also received my choco Nuvo in both containers are completely melted. I quickly put them in the fridge and they hardened up but not as easy to unwrap them. They still tast good but im not so crazy about the 91 % . I love the 74 %.

i just has this happen also and CS told me to put in refrig.  i did but the choc is smashed from the melting and the oils seperated so its white.  21 days for a return label?  no wonder they sent an odd paper only reciept. 

I knew not to order this until the weather is much cooler.  I did order a cosmetic product which I was worried about being delivered in this heat wave a lot of the country is having this month but had no problem.

Just an update: I received my other 2 containers of ChocoNuvo (had ordered all 3). One was outside for 90 plus minutes before I discovered it when I let the dog out. It was soft, but not liquid. Just like the other one, it firmed up after a few hours in the house. The 3rd one, I discovered within minutes of being delivered (again letting the dog out) & it was perfect. I have not had to put any of them in the regrigerator. I feel very blessed that mine arrived in such great condition, to say nothing of the wonderful taste & health benefits. I like all 3 flavors. I feel bad for those who received liquid pieces.

It is such a superior product.

I too received my liquid Choconuvo today.   Even the ice bag inside was warm.  Andrew, great idea, but you need to go back to the drawing board or just sell the chocolate in the cooler months.  Had to put the bottle in the freezer and although the 91% dark chocolate is delicious, it is now misshapen and difficult to get out of wrapper as it sticks to it.  

I don’t want to return it as it has helped my cholesterol , but I think customer service should return some of our money for the mess-IMO!

Hi, I just got my 3 boxes a hour ago. UPS delivered them. I thought fedex was suposed to. The boxes were hot, I opened one, and the cold pack was hot. All the chocolate was melted. I took a picture of one that I opened. All of them are liquid. I think it being that hot would kill some of the good stuff in the chocolate. Nancy 

I’m in S Fla and got my Choconuvo at 5:35pm Wed. Box seemed fine until I opened it and felt the heat. The bottle was very warm to touch & the cold pack inside was hot & chocolate packets were hot liquid. Mine went in refrig too.

The 66% arrived Monday after 5pm.J still haven’t received the 91? even tho they..we’re ordered same time.T he cooling block was melted and the chocolate needed refrigerated .After an hour of refrigeration it was fine.Very yummy.

I was wondering about the shipping on this product especially in the heat and if it sits in the tractor trailers over the weekend when the hubs aren’t operating. So sorry to hear of this happening to all of you. I would be so disappointed & would wonder too if the heat would break down the nutrients? By your positive comments on the taste though it sounds very promising!!!! I may buy it in the Fall. I hope when he comes back it will be on special but if it is that good I don’t know if I can eat just one….. I love chocolate 🙂 

No problem , the Choconuvo even if melted , put in refrigerator or freezer . It will be just fine .   I expected it to be melted or at least  warm …. goodness it has been in 90s here everyday for almost two months .

I ordered 3 100 count bottles, received 2 bottles so far. Both bottles were completely melted, the 3 cold paks in each bottle were warm to the touch. I condensed down to one bottle and put it in the fridge…after a couple of hrs the chocolate was completely firm. It’s summer so I really expected it to arrive melted…no problem for me. All I can say is “Yummy”

I received mine yesterday in this humid hot weather in Illinois-heat index a 100 plus. Yes they were soft, but not completely melted. After a few hours of being in the airconditioned house, they were back in good form. The new milk chocolate is nothing short of delicious & yummy. What a wonderful, healthy treat. I can’t thank Andrew enough for going to such lengths to keep his HSN customers happy!

Disabled and couldn’t get to door fast enough to sin for the delivery.Noted posted on door saying they’ll attempt next week.Hope mine isn’t ruined by then.

Fyi my chocolates were delivered melted as well as the ice pack were warm n soft. I hope it does not effect the plant sterol strength or taste of the product

Rec’d my shipment today as well.  90 + degrees here in Wisconsin.  Got mine in within 2 minutes of delivery and they were liquid too.  Put whole jar into fridge. It’s been 3 hrs and they appear ok.  

Andrew and his team tried their hardest to deliver.  But sadly, it’s just too dang hot.  Lessons learned.  We will all have to stock up during the colder seasons.
