Krill omega

I noticed on the facts that this has 30mg cholesterol will this increase my cholesterol? I hope not cuss I am trying to reduce that. But my brother recommended getting a krill supplement and u just have it which is fantastic. I was going to have to get another brand to try but now I do not. But why does it have cholesterol? Thank u andrew I have been using your products a very long time and missed them when I was overseas and am currently back in the states.

If it comes from fish or ither sea critters it WILL have cholesterol I fugure.
