I was diagnoised with having a ganglion cyst.

I’m so disappointed about my order being on backorder and estimated shipment date would be Feb. 21. They offered it again early today as single ship and $129 instead of $99 and they are already processing the orders placed today. I guess that’s the cost of doing flexpay, you’ll be demoted to backorder and have to wait for almost a month..#-o They should put a warning.

So sorry about your order being b/o! This scenario has not happened to me since I have been a member with HSN. I know how bad you would have wanted to get your order!

Do you know where we could read reviews for products that are no longer on the HSN website? There is no place to read customer reviews for sold out products that are not on the site? The AG Cuttlebug is a NEW product, so I thought we would/should be able to at least read the reviews….????!!!!:-s :-s

I find the easiest way to find products no longer on the site, is to google them. If you google ‘anna griffin gold cuttlebug’, you will find links – just look for the hsn address.

Thanks for the info! Good idea! I really do want to read the customer reviews. I ordered pretty much everything AG the day of the unveiling of the Cuttlebug and I am finding a few problems. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same issues.

Where in the world on this so called easy to use site, do you find the blogs and in particular
Anna Griffins. She said on air, to look on her blog and that there was also the downloadable
pdf file with more ideas. Same when Alex and Martha Stewart say look on their blog, before they changed
the site, I would look and there would never be anything there.
It took me forever to just find the forums again, like looking for a needle in a haystack.—finally found the link under frequently asked questions. Still can’t find the blogs or anything to do with the pdf file she and the presenter talked about. Drives me nuts when they say go to HSN and bla, bla bla.
Why aren’t the forums and the blogs just listed on the index. Or why isn’t there
a search bar for looking for things like this and that don’t have anything to do with shopping?

I have searched for the blogs many times but to no avail. Its like they really don’t want you to
find anything but the shopping .

Please someone, give me a link to the blogs and to the pdf file that Anna mentioned.

Go to the HSN home page. To get there you can click on the blue ball that has HSN in the middle (above left top of page). Scroll ALL the way down to the bottom of the page. You will see a horizontal line of icons on the right, like the “f” for Facebook, the Twitter icon, Pininterest, etc., and under those icons in teeny, tiny print it says

“Visit HSN community, forums and blogs” Click on that. (HSN, do you think this print is small enough?? I can still see it, even though barely, so your web designer might want to fix that and make it smaller. Sarcasm.)

To the left will be the blogs. About 7 or so down is “Anna Griffin unveils the Cuttlebug®”.

In the middle is the forums, and to the right is “submit ideas.”

Will there be a Today’s Special  for the Anna Griffin Cricut Cuttlebug this fall season?
