Higher prices on AL Vit
I ordered the Cal,mag,wVit D…. Ordered the 500 count…. Price $64.95 I have been taking these for many years… Did check my last order and price was $49.90. Did have a coupon and saved $10.. So i paid $39.90 for them…
Did not realize till i checked my previous order.
I also did order COQ 10 200 mg… 240 count.. Price is $139.90.
Since it is Hsn’s 39th Birthday.. These would be priced lower…
Would like to hear from others that did order these and feel the same??
I was really in need of these supplements and did order…
Regretfully am a bit sorry right now…

I actually looked back at my previous orders and the “Birthday Prices” are the same as the previous prices on Andrews visits. I used to really stock up during July because Andrew’s prices in July were better than during his ordinary visits. I’m very disappointed . I did get about $10.00 off on the biggest bottle of Fibermucil – must be a special.
These vitamins are s expensive. As a senior it’s getting almost impossible to afford my products 🙁

I too have noticed a steady increase on Andrew’s prices over the years; in fact some items are almost double the price of what they used to be just a few years ago (e.g. Ginger). However, I have discovered a few techniques to save as much as I can. Of course, when something is a Today’s Special, I stock up because you can’t get a better price than a TS. Other than a today’s special, I have noticed items listed under “Weekend Special Pricing” under Featured Links seem to have near a Today’s Special price, so now I look at those items first and stock up on things I do use or things I just want to try. Of course, I try to find coupons whenever I can; they usually have one floating around somewhere–you kind of have to hunt for them, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find one this time that I could use. If I find a coupon we can use, I ususally try to share it with others. Hope this helps.

That’s really disappointing ?. Is that happening in the vitamin world in general? Prices r staying the same in the beauty world, as far as I know. Maybe u spotted some of the coupons I have posted before they were deleted?

The only caveat to this higher cost issue is that you are actually getting what is listed on the label. There were several studies done in the last few years about the State Att, General from N.Y. ordering a complete audit of ‘nutritional’ supplements, and another about N.I.H. astudy of Co-Q 10.
Turned out that ProCaps was exactly what the label said, unlike other”name” brands. And, their Co-Q 10 was the ONLY one to have all the listed ingredients.
So, while I have to make financial choices, with twins in college, I know that I am getting what I order with Andrews’ company.

Some items are lower some the same and some go up. You have to compare apples to apples. My TS HHSN is $20 more this year but I am getting 250 more capsules and there is more Biotin in each capsule so I consider it still a great value.
Raw material go up and down and these are the best quality vitamins as far as I am concerned.
It is HSN’s birthday…not mine…LOL!
