Help! Any advice would be appreciated!
I have been using Andrew’s vitamins since he came to HSN in the 90’s, BUT I am on disability, and a fixed income..A couple weeks ago I ordered the $100 container of Healthy Hair Skin and Nails, the disease I am on disability for did a number on my hair and Andrews product totally repaired it. So here is the problem, I moved from SC to NC back on June 24th. I changed my address at the PO of both states. I also chnaged it on HSN.Com….BUT for whatever reason it was delivered to my old address, and the poeple who bought my home had not moved in yet, so there is a good possibility it was stolen off the deck, since there is no shortage of dishonest people who knew the house was empty. I called HSN and was told that they could not do anything because it was sent via “Surepost”, therefore UPS handed it off to the local Postoffice. I called the postoffice and they said they could have the driver swing by and see if it was still there, but if it wasnt there isn’t anything they can do????…. Thus is a $100 and I have limited resources!…I do not understad this? Is there no insurance against this kind of thing? When I send something out I always ay for the insurance! This just seems like a crappy way to treat a customer since 1988! If anybody has any advice on who I could call I would greatly appreciate it!

Seems to me if you have the new address in your account and the new address was showing as the ship to address when you checked out then HSN needs to find your package or send you a new one if they shipped it to the wrong address.Whomever is responsible for shipping it to the wrong address is who should help you with this.

Bethnarugna4, I am so sorry this has happened to you. This really saddens me. The cost $100.00 is a lot of money to throw away. I TOTALLY AGREE with dynac. HSN should make it better for you. And like she said, “WHOMEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IS WHO SHOULD HELP YOU.” And at that, you have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER since 1988…..that is a very long time. Have you tried Customer Service and speak with a Supervisor about this matter? I pray that our advices help you resolve this terrible problem my friend. God bless you and your health, and good luck with this problem.

Did you leave a forwarding address with the Local Post office? If you had a forwarding post office change of address, the post office should of forwarded the item to you USPS. I checked with our local post office where I live. This is what they had told me that should of happened. Call the Main post office phone number and have them do a trace on it, they should come up with a solution for you per my post office. They should of forwarded it themselves or forwarded it back to UPS. It was last left in the hands of the post office, if they had a forwarding address on file, it is good for 2 years. If this does not work, call the Corporate office for HSN and speak to someone there. If you leave them a contact name and number they will call you back, Also file a complaint with the BBB.
