Energy & Fat Metabolism Factors
I’m just wondering if Andrew responded to the change of ingredients for this vitamin. Seems there were quite a few voicing their opinions last month and questioning the amount of vitamins they would have to take to make this work. Of course in adding the dosage the price also becomes something to think about.

I AGREE! I SPEND ALOT OF $$$$$$ WITH HSN & WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOME PERKS FOR SHOPPING WITH YOU ALL. MY HUSBAND IS READY TO TAKE MY COMPUTER AWAY DUE TO MY BUYING HISTORY WITH YOUR COMPANY. I WOULD LOVE TO TELL HIM THAT I AM GETTING REWARDED FOR SPENDING OUR MONEY WITH HSN. THANKS FOR ANY CONSIDERATION YOU COULD GIVE THIS REQUEST!
-
You are right, Joan!
I was thinking the same thing just an hour ago–I typed in the word "coupon" in the search window and fount that
There is a New Customer 15% off discount code 149346 AND
A 15% discount off $25 or more but only for people that sign up to receive emails for the very first time.
I know I’ve spent too much on HSN.com and in the past there have been a few discount codes available that I’ve used on here.. (Unfortunately, the last two times I had to send the items back and ended up losing out on the discount.)
There is always someone in my family I can buy for throughout the whole year…and unless I move to a foreign country, I don’t see that ever stopping any time soon. :catvery-happy:
It would be nice for them to start issuing a monthly coupon code for regular HSN customers, "just because" I choose to come to HSN to spend my money and not Amazon.com or any of the other websites out on the web.
This Christmas I started buying from QVC and Shop HQ, especially now that they are implementing easy pay and free shipping on a lot of their items!
HSN…c’mon and sweeten the deal, "…or lose me forever!" (a gratuitous Meg Ryan line from the movie, Top Gun)
Happy 2015 Everybody!

I couldnt agree more, the shipping is gtting a wee much for me.

Yes, TRose, I too have noticed this practice of Hsn in the last few years and am quite sure others after some time are figuring out what you have accurately described in your "diatribe". Diatribe or not, its accurate and very concise. To deceive and confuse consumers is bad business to make a profit and seems to be a "trendy" approach to selling merchandise these days for many businesses. It is NOT a way to get return customers to frequent the business when customers find out. So I am taking "Cindy’s advice" and I quote, …"why don’t you shop somewhere else"?…because that is what I do now….besides Hsn, I shop elsewhere and find that prices are BETTER without playing mind games with the customers. I do my homework, price shop and find out ratings and reviews on a product before purchasing the item. What I have been miffed with Hsn is the hiding of previous ratings from Hsn members on an item that is being sold again with a new item number. There is nothing wrong being a savvy shopper trying to get the best price for an item when you are paying with hard earned money. Thanks for the information!

You know HSN hands these out for US, maybe not all of us, it’s a courtesey. It’s like a company that has good intentions of an "employee of the month" but it pisses everyone else off. Take the coupon and try to use it. I don’t see QVC or ShopHQ handing anything out!
-
I could not use that coupon either. I’m a good customer.
-
-
I have spent a fortune on HSN, I never get a coupon in my email. I agree with you too about restrictions.
-
I think HSN is really good to their customers. They go out of their way to make them happy. I have had several things done for me that other shopping chanels would never do. I like shopping here

I love to watch b.s. during the holidays but I agree as a customer who does not have charge card by choice. We should be give something maybe an extra flex pay on an item. I myself would have purchased a higher priced item. Also quit the b.s. there are many of times your people say.if you don’t buy an item right this minute it will be sold out to find out when I call a it’s not sold out and actually they still have a lot left in stock. Plus some of your electronics especially tablets are last year’s model that the company needs to get rid of so that is reason in price drop. Also selling things for higher price and purchasing that to find it being sold for half as much a week later and not getting store credit is bad practices. Now as I said I love b.s. but I would like to see businesses practices be brought up to date. I was one of the lucky winners of dyson heater which I am extremely grateful I have never won anything! I started to do some checking on what people have to say about this item to find out this model is on recall list which I have to checkwhen I get it and at least 80% of the people say it does not heat as they say further away colder it feels and very loud they say microphones must be set to not pick up how noisy it is that was another big chunk of customers. So thank god I didntwaste money $240. But hey I won that’s great I hope they are wrong.
-
I also am tired of these price fluctuations. A CLEARANCE item should be just that–REDUCED (and continue to fall until merchandise has been depleted). None of this up and down pricing to fool the customers. By the time I get around to a price adjustment, the price has already gone back up! What’s wrong with this picture?
I feel this is very BAD business practice, and am not afraid to shop elsewhere.

RE: the CPN restrictions – don’t worry about that – if you haven’t noticed the moment the TS is over the price only goes up $10-20 for the next 24 hrs or so so use the 20% of cpn the day after and that will work and save you far more money anyways or use ahead of time and then call for a price adjustment (though they may NOT honor because they will NOT give a customer TWO discounts and I’m sure they will count the cpn as one; and the TS price as one) – but buying it the day after might work the best. Now onto Deception & Price FLUCTUATIONS – how about Joan Boyce Rhinestone covered boots – started of at $99.95 – then raised to $119.95, then down to $89.95 – back up to $119.95 and then down to $79.95 all since September when they were introduced! – THIS IS GETTING OLD HSN – Customers should NOT have to ROLL the dice and GAMBLE every time to make sure that they are getting the PRICE the item is PRICED at. Stores do NOT play these constant games as they would have to hire a massive crew to continue to change all the price tags on the items; so because you do everything electronic you feel it is acceptable. One minute you pay what you feel is a great price and then you ride the emotional rollercoaster – they raise the price to hold a 20% of sale on shoes, etc – you’ve won – I’m not playing the constant games anymore HSN! To continue to call in to get price adjustments when the prices go down has gotten SO OLD! Customers want to TRUST that when we shop from a company that we are receiving a fair price – we ALL know that Clearance Sales happen; but to raise/lower a price on one item this many times (boots) in 3 months is unacceptable and do that so many times on various items- you tend to lose the TRUST you HAD earned from your customers. What NEW game is the CEO playing – as I don’t like it – the same as Spin to Win – as I NEVER WIN! I want to be able to buy an item, receive it in a timely fashion (not 11-14 days) and use it for 30 (and still print out a return label but HSN shuts off that ability 30 days from the day we purchased – so our window is really ONLY 14-19 days to try AND get a label to print from our Order Status window online – don’t have the clock start until your records state that we have RECEIVED the item at our home – then your "PERK" truly will be LEGIT – now it is a FALSE ENTICEMENT to "get it home and try it for 30 days" – but I want to be able to buy/use an item and feel confident that I can take it on vacation with me (without having to haul the packaging/label with me to return QUICKLY) – and breathe easy that I made a GOOD SOLID PURCHASE like I used to be able to do with HSN – why have you changed? Why are your omiting CRITICAL information from your online listings? Why are you NOT disclosing all NECESSARY information needed for an EDUCATED consumer to breathe a little easier when they make a purchase? For example – where are the size charts in the Sports Fan Section clothing items – there are NONE!!!! Would I buy for gifts when non-standardized sizes has been a MASSIVE downfall with HSN for YEARS? Not a chance and that is the platform you use – to buy items that we and others cannot obtain because we are not near our hometown anymore; but w/o size chart/garment measurements – FORGET IT – a MEDIUM when you are selling Ladies AND Mens apparel are two different things and you don’t provide NEITHER! WE all understand that after a few months items will go down in price to make room for the Upcoming Season/Different Weather items – but since September those Joan Boyce boots have gone up and down in price at least 5 times in less than 3 months… I’m beginning to sit on the fence more often than not; because I do not TRUST that I am getting the best price nor do I want to have to go back and CHECK my purchases for 30 days so I can call and get a price adjustment – WHAT A HASSLE! When I go to a box store or search online more times than not I can find a better price on at least 50% of your non-fashion items; and 80% of the time on your fashion clothing – no joke. I can buy Diane Gilman jeans for $2.99 plus S/H any day of the week!!!! I just recd your ‘new" Renu Battery Charger Deluxe and FORGOT to check the prices online as I was rushing – WOW – I can get the absolute IDENTICAL one- IDENTICAL model, color, etc – for 25% of the HSN price – that is a SUBSTANTIAL price difference – I paid $40 vs. $10 elsewhere (NO cpn needed, no special date, no jumping thru hoops or signing up for a credit card to get that price break, etc)! I can purchase 4 elsewhere for the same amount of money as buying ONE at HSN! That is a STAGGERING price SHOCK! So HSN customers be ALERT and check ALL prices online via the web and many websites that allow us to check and verify that we are also being offered the MOST RECENT model – as Fri 12/12 Dyson Fan Todays Special was retired prior to March 2013 and they have 3 more updated versions since that was released – so HSN is peddling as a Today’s Special an OLD, OUT OF DATE item – that they probably receive a great price from Dyson to clear out Dyson’s warehouse- WRONG! Dead WRONG as far as I’m concerned for customer retention & trust. Check these details easily by typing the product name and model in your search box and ask for "review" and you will see what MANY other sites that sell the same product customers had to say and learn more about the item and updated versions. The Dyson Fan/Heater (which the heater will heat a small room but as a fan can ONLY be used as a personal fan and will not COOL down a room-they NEVER said a word about that MAJOR detail) but they basically HYPED up for 24 hrs, talking as if this was the greatest thing since sliced bread and in fact, you will see on the internet that it is almost 2 years past its production discontinuation point from Dyson. I feel like they were fast talking an EXPIRED product almost – which removes the TRUST factor when they bring "experts" on to discuss, etc – why not tell us "Hey we have newer ones but this is what this exact model can do for you" and be FAIR about it? They talked about the exclusive colors, etc – I found ALL of the colors online elsewhere today – so Dyson apparently sold pallets of their OLD PRODUCT LINE to other companies also. But for $250 for a fan – I would EXPECT HSN to be talking to us about the newest, latest, greatest, etc as they do – but this Today’s Special ceased production before March of 2013! That SHOULD be disclosed to us on the air; but apparently customers NEED to investigate due to lack of trust issues on a consistent basis lately – WE MUST do our homework on ALL items from this point forward to ensure we get ALL the CURRENT & needed information (as Sports Fan section still has NO SIZE CHART on CLOTHING ITEMS setting us all up for disaster and returns to bad fitting items) – are we getting the most current item released for a fair price, what did other customers say about the item (as MANY times HSN removes customer reviews when they hype it up as "new" when in fact it has been for sale thru them for YEARS, etc – we as customers NEED to be more educated consumers and apparently WE NEED to do that on our own – HSN is not going to provide that information to us anymore or provide that level of trust that what they are selling to us is CURRENT, NOT way overpriced, is NOT a total flop in the marketplace with negative reviews surpassing any redeeming qualities, etc – HSN you need to do better when you are selling these items audibly to so many people and having us race to the phone line as if we don’t we will miss it – don’t worry about that – they sell the pallets of leftovers in a few short months to others for a TINY FRACTION of what they are telling us is a GREAT PRICE – so as customers, trust me you CAN find these products in due time (not all that long; but depends on the item and whether or not it is a seasonal thing, fashion, weather related, holiday themed, etc) but give it a few weeks or months perhaps and trust me you CAN find the SAME ITEMS from HSN at 13-22% of the price on air – SHOCKING FACTOR! Trust me – I have PROOF of this and will share with others – I’ve kept it a secret but enough is enough – if they are NOT going to play fair with us anymore and play games with prices, not selling the newest/latest models as Today’s Special (maybe they should rename it to Today’s Best Clearance -TBC), give us Size charts on ALL garments whether fashion/football/baseball – it doesn’t matter – it still has to FIT us & our family members regardless, etc – they are withholding FAR too much information lately. Why has the CEO changed the companies "Mission Statement" recently – why all this deception and price gouging? I think if they FAILED to state ALL the facts to us and that is our reason why we are returning (due to lack of knowledge or omission of facts) HSN should EAT the return fees 100% and I’m sure a few lawyers would agree – it is lying/deception by omission. Today’s Special states you will receive "elite lifetime support" – the laptop is from HP as is the Expert that will talk about it all day today – guess what – ELITE is the company’s name that HSN has hired as a 3rd party to provide support to those who purchase the laptop – you will NOT talk to an HP expert; but Google the words ~Elite Technology Support – Elite I.T. Support ~ the articles will have you change your mind very quickly – about their service and customer comments/reviews. So that little PERK HSN is going to have you believe – red carpet treatment only for HSN customers -elite lifetime technical support – you might as well be calling someone in a 3rd world country – this is NOT a perk but a serious detriment in my opinion- I got bushwacked less than 3 wks ago on the 4GB laptop HP Today’s Special and am returning it – now they are repeating the same TS with a 8 GB but all the specifics are the same except for the GB – BEWARE on 12/12 – steer clear of the Today’s Special – SHOP ELSEWHERE for an 8GB laptop w/1 TB – do your homework online, look up the tech support company information and then RUN….. So dissappointed lately with HSN – will it ever go back to how it used to conduct business – I hope so!

I like that they even offer coupons. Qvc never does

Here’s a little secret to share…IF you know what the TS is going to be…go in and order it BEFORE it is presented on air at midnight. The price is already set, and you can use the coupon because it is NOT the official TS for the day YET. But you have to do this BEFORE the midnight presentation! :smileywink:
(I didn’t tell ya’ll this! LOL)

I’VE SUGGESTED THIS BEFORE & TOTALLY AGREE. OBVIOUSLY, NOTHING HAS CHANGED SINCE I SUGGESTED….
