While I received several incentives from several retailers this holiday, HSN offered nothing.

Yes, HSN offered free shipping for over 75 dollars in purchase.   That offer has been ongoing.

I have been shopping HSN for more years than I can count.  I spend thousands of dollars a year.  I have NEVER received a coupon for anything.  I agree – do something for your loyal customers.  If you have coupons, don’t keep it a secret how to get them!  

I have been buying here since the 80’s and have had very very few breaks, probably can count on one hand. Have bought many electronics, large exercise equipment, skin products, vitamins, etc ,and it does get frustrating that we don’t get more consideration for all the money we spend here.  Don’t give us a coupon with an expiration date, as in that time period we may not see something we really want, or need.  Throw us a few dollars spendable cash with no limitations. I really do think you can afford it. 

And I do agree with other comments made here.

And please, when the person who is informing us about the product, like Andrew Lessman, please

hostess stop talking over his information and telling us exactly what he has already said by interupting him, we want to hear him not the hostess. He is interupted so much.

At least you GET coupons!  I never do.  However, I did find $5 spendable cash in my account one day and I have no idea were it came from :catsurprised:  So, I can say thanks to HSN for that :catvery-happy:

OMG I totally agree with you. I have never received a coupon I can actually use for the things that I purchase. It really makes me angry too when on the front of the coupon there is a picture of a cd player, camera or a mention of an electronics company and you cannot even use it on electronics. That is false advertising in my opinion and gets very frustrating.

You are absolutly correct.  There is always some sort of restriction on it.  Like I did not know that if you had spendable Kash you only have until a certian date to use it or they take it away.

As to questions about winning well, from my point of view there are far too many of the same people winning the big stuff!  It should be if you win something over a certian amount then you may not win again for at least 30 days.  By doing so it gives some of the rest of us a chance.

AMEN JUST A STRAIGHT UP WE LOVE YOU USE IT ANY TIME ON ANYTHING and more free shipping and more warning.  I do not have a tv guide and you seldom send out schedules with orders anymore.  Also I got a free sample in a dg2 tank today and almost fainted dead away.  It was from Korre see i cannot spell it because the thought is appreciated but if you look at the way that I order that was not a gift to me.  It was a uh burden, there I said it.  I wont use it but feel guilty to throw it away.  I dont want much, Diane your prices are amazing so toss in some color swatches from your upcoming lines.  that would be a free gift, awwww.

Know your customer give them what they want.  Like my skin is flawless i do not need skin things, lol just kidding  I just do not desire expensive packaged things

Like two coupons a year for free shipping when we want to use it and use the same speedy ship that you use when there is no shipping special.

Never hurts to ask.  and start including the return shipping on EVERYTHING that we order EVERYTHING so if you order say a dirty medical device you are not stuck for weeks with it and no refund, to that I say buffalo balls 🙂
