Comparing vitamins
I have been taking AL vitamins for about 15 years. Ask yourself “how much is having a healthy life worth?” When comparing vitamins it is not only looking at what is in it. To say that the ingredients are the same but it is much cheaper, is not looking at the whole picture. You must consider the quality of the products, how it is manufactured to keep it pure and is it protected. I have taken serveral high quality vitamin before. They were good, however, AL vitamins are the best in quality and pureness. I buy the vitamins on TS or on special and it is a bargin for what you get. I am healthier and more energetic then my coworkers who are in their 30’s. I have worked in my present job for 18 years and have never been absent from sickness. I am 73 years old.

Are GNC Vitapaks no good?

I take a lot of vitamins, however, some I take as needed depending on how I feel and what I eat. The most important ones for me is Omega, COQ10, friendly flora, D3 and essential one. These are a must. Then I take calcium, vein support, hair, skin and nails, ultimate eye, immune factor, choco nova, tumeric and m2mk7. I only eat 2 meals a day, so if I get hungry late at night, I’ll have a bowl of oat bran. I also take collegan/peptide, which work so well with hair skin and nails.
PS I just noticed that this post was in autosave, so I am sending it today 7/09.
