collagen with lemon
If you don’t like the taste of the marine collagen in water, try squeezing a little lemon juice into it. I realized that when the chefs cook seafood, they will use lemon juice. So whenever I cook fish, shrimp, or crab, I always use some lemon juice to cut down the fishy taste. Since the collagen is derived primarily from tilapia, I decided to try lemon juice and it really works. Now, I don’t have to make a smoothie or add juice to my collagen drink. I do not put the lemon in the drink, I just use the juice. I cut the whole lemon into pieces and store it into a container and when I make my drink, I take one and squeeze it into my drink. Taste great, like lemon water.

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try this!
When I took my first sip of the marine collagen in water, I thought I was going to return it. But right there on my counter was my bottle of Bragg apple cider vinegar. I decided to pour some in, and loved it. But I love ACV, and regularly mix it in my water. Now I mix it at night with the marine collagen and I’m sleeping much better.
