Clean living diet book
I need your advice friends,
about clean living diets.
I saw a diet book said give up proccesed foods, I get it, and Dairy, red meat, and lunch meat hot dogs, then what do I eat to replace them for lunch? and what can I do to replace eggs and plain greek yogurt.I don’t know if I can live without them? I do eat fish will try to eat more plain fish non breaded kind.I do eat veggies need to eat more veggies, do eat fruti little, fresh or frozen or sometimes canned unsweetened pineapple, not sure if fruit is included in this diet ? I didn’t buy the book yet just need some guidelines what I can eat? sounds like a strict diet, I don’t know? .I do eat whole grain bread little, but if I getit at the store guess that is considered proceeseed? so, what can I eat for lunch? Think sardines or Tuna for lunch instead of turkey or ham?
What do you do for this type of diet plan if you were on it? it didn’t say Paleo.Thank;s

There is so much to consider. What about pesticides on your food? Will you be growing them yourself? Some veggies should be cooked so that you can absorb more nutrients It may depend on how extreme you want to go. IMHO, it sounds to like eggs and yogurt aren’t bad for you. I agree with old Pixie, you will need to search online.

I’ve heard a lot about diets and processed foods, but very little on what is healthy about what you drink and basically wash you food consumption down with. What good is a diet if you drinking more soda. Or worse yet high sugar and calorie coffees that many people just have to have. And, not to be negative, how many people drink eight glasses of water in a day as recommended. I sure don’t…..Ronnie

I am sure that if you search online you will be able to find some good information about clean living. I do not practice this method of eating, but am very intrigued by it. I do already eat very little processed foods and have cut back on my meat consumption. I regularly eat meatless meals using legumes. Try eating more whole food at first and dont buy anymore processed items like frozen dinners. In time you will have purged your pantry of the procesed items. Your body and waistline will thank you.
