You sure can, !  You can open the capsules by grasping at the ends and twisting in opposite directions. Since heat can destroy nutrients, it’s recommended not mix into hot substances.  Hope this helps!

I know Andrew says that the capsules are easy to swallow, but for me not so much. So happy to know this. Thanks!!!:catvery-happy:

I open them up and toss them in a smoothie. That is an easy way to use them without having to swallow the pills.

I open all my capsules except for Vein and circulation . Upsets my stomach . HTH
