Andrew Lessman’s Choconuvo
I don’t post often. However, I wanted to let you know that the product is available for order. At first, I thought it was just the small sizes, but all sizes are available to order. I just made an order to last until Spring. I liked the milk chocolate and am happy to reorder. Happy Fall and health to all.

@alajahs-nana, I’m so sorry to hear that your new jeans faded after the first wash. I can definitely see how disappointing this must have been. If you’d like to have them returned to us for a refund, I’ll be glad to set it up for you. Please let me know if you’d like to do this and we’ll be happy to help.

I found a brand I really like—FADED YES- but I am not a huge jean person.I keep 3 old faithful pair.
I wear them to keep my weight in check.
I to this day have terrible problems with Diane’s dye/cast- I think she is a terrific fitter or trys to be but I cannot ever again risk that odor –
Also I prefer my jeans to have a worn look…..so im good. Good luck to you too.

I agree, I have washed mine, inside out, with drops of Woolite, and they look worn out! I’m very disappointed in the jeans, they should take them back. Also, what’s with those tiny pockets, that don’t have enough jean materials to cover them when wearing. I love the fit, but they’ve lost me as a customer. Even my denim jeans have barely enough material to cover the front pocket openings.

I refuse to buy anymore black DG jean items (stinky), and now I also hate the teeny tiny pockets!! What good are they? They are useless and stick out, I USE my pockets, sheesh.
The black ”stinky” DG items I have (and were too late to return) I washed a few times with ”washing soda”. Not baking soda etc, its sold in the laundry aisle, it seemed to work. Items were regular washed at least 3 times, still had that rotten odor, but the washing soda really seems to work.
I do like a lot of DG things, but no more black denim for me.

clothes didn’t smell like "kerosene" when they were made in USA. You could "pass out" from the odor when you open the plastic bag on some of this stuff!

Oh yes…I purchased many, many DG2 jeans through the years but stopped about 4 years ago. I never had the problems with the black jeans fading so that must be a recent problem. I love her jeans but don’t need anymore as mine have lasted for years. However, I did have a major black jean problem with the smell as several others have described here. It eventually dissipated but was a big issue for reasons described numerous times. Even though it’s been years, I can still remember the smell vividly…gross…..

When one gets greedy in life………. the quality of the product goes down……it’s very sad but true!!!!With Diane it’s about about the "sales" now.

I have to agree the black jeans are not quite black. The one’s i’ve received are more like
a dusty black or faded black and after 2 or 3 washings in cold water gentle cycle look more
grey than black. That smell too is bad. It’s smells like machine oil combined with factory
chemicals and it hasn’t washed out probably due to using only cold water on them. And yes,
the smell transferred to skin. By the end of the day my thighs smelled like the jeans. Sadly I
have at least 8 pairs of various colors picked up at 2 different TS events that I never wear.
You live and you learn.

I posted about this very subject a while back. Ladies, listent to me. We need to be very cautious about the material(s) that we wear. Especially because we are women and female cancer is always a concern. Materials that are chemically treated cause me great concern especially as a three time (yes three time) ovarian cancer survivor. We want to trust those selling to us. We want to believe that their concerns are our concerns and that it is not money over anything. But the truth is that this is not always the case and it is very difficult to "prove" what is and isn’t a carcinigen. My gut feeling is that if something is made overseas, then we need to be very vigilant, because no one cares about your life more than you do.
DG2’s black jeans have a chemical smell that didnt come out of my jeans after several washings. Because if this, I threw them away. I don’t even want to give them away because well, if I won’t wear them because of the odor, then I don’t want to subject someone else to it.
HSN cares? Really cares? Cares about what? You fill i the blank…
So, ladies, please care about yourselves enough to consider whether or not you want something next to your skin or even close to you skin that you don’t feel comfortable about. It really is up to you because you are someone’s sister, mother, daughter, aunt, etc. You are more valuable than the clothing you wear. Amen!

Mine that I purchased at the TSV in the Fall & washed in cold water with woolite & faded & still had that nasty odor & faded? I have never worn them. Wasted money hanging in my closet & even the belt loops the threads turned white. No more for me.

Yes, the smell of the jeans is awful! Glad I am not the only one. I have to spray half a bottle of perfume on them, just to make them wearable. It’s worse after they come out of the dryer! Are they made with some sort of plastic? It’s a shame because the fit, is great. DG2 jeans are too pricey to perform like that, when levi sells a streatch pant for 40 bucks.

Please ladies you all complain on the reviews "month after month" about each pair of jeans fitting differently, not to mention the "kerosene" odor….but yet you are still buying into her sales pitchI Honestly, sometimes I put on HSN for background noise while cleaning up and I hear her voice, look at the tv….there it is….just pulling on the waist over and over again…wonderful, wonderful, no one else makes this or cares for older women. Really????

I’m a bit disappointed in the size and prices. The largest size is only the 180 serving size for $90. Both times in the last I have bought the 300 size tub. Back in March, I paid $130 for 300 (which is $.43 a piece). This time the 180 count for $90 is $.50 a piece.
Per the spring prices, it should have been $77.40 or less. For a today’s special, you would think it would be cheaper not MORE expensive.

Sorry for the above typos. I’m in Mobile and its auto correcting. I meant to say “in the past, I have always bought the 300 count”
The 180 count should be $77.40 or less, considering it’s a Today’s Special Value, not $90. At today’s price , the 300 count would have been $150 instead of the $130 I paid in the spring.
