I can’t help you with the crohn”s disease part of your question but I have been taking the immune factors for several years now. I used to always get several colds and flu during the course of a year. Since I have been taking these, I have not had any illness. I also used to get multiple cold sores and started taking the lysine and haven’t had any cold sores which has been wonderful. In full disclosure, I have also made a concerted effort to eat healthy – more fruits and vegetables and eliminate sugar as much as possible. I believe this product has been one component in increasing my overall health. Now I just need to get motivated to exercise regularly!
