Andrew Lesman ????????? Not sure I get it……

Well I just checked your Vitacost cinnamon and there are several unnecessary additives. Andrew’s cinnamon contains cinnamon and vitamin c. That’s it. You could start with that. Then there’s Andrews commitment to the environment as well as his contributions to Vitamin Angels for starters.

Not sure I get it……

If you want to buy an inferior product for $9.00, buy it and stop complaining.  You answered your own question–he sells GOOD stuff !!

I agree with the other posters who like Andrew’s vitamins.  I’d like to add that his vitamins are easy to swallow and no stomach upset – a big plus for me.

Have you been taking any vitamins for a long time?   If so, give his a chance for a while, even if it is a bit costly to you, and see for youself why you should be buying his.  Personally, I really can’t afford his vitamis, BUT you can’t put a price on good health, so therefore, I have been on his products for many years and would never even try others, and my health and looks are exceptional for my age.

If HSN ever stopped selling his brand (which I really don’t think they ever will) I would then buy directly from him regardless of the cost.

Also, his vitamins are fresh when they are shipped to us.  You really don’t know how long ago others were made or how long they’ve been sitting on the store shelf.

Complaining may not have been the right choice of words.  Sure, I agree that everyone should be able to voice their opinion and ask questions.  That is how we grow and gain knowledge.  I may have sounded upset, however that is not the case.  The answer to your question is simple–you pay for better ingredients so it cost more.  Like anything we purchase–fashion, cars, even fruits and vegetables–prices reflect the quality of the product.  Then it is our choice to decide what is best , what do you want to do.

I thank everyone for share their thoughts about this.   Many have taken the idea I am some how bad mouthing him and his products, I am not, I don’t know enough about them to do that, which is why I was asking about it.   I will say he has many loyal followers which speaks very well of him and his product, but when I hear some say ‘it cost more so it must be better…’ or “you pay for better ingrenients’…. its very clear to me the answer seems to be there may not be a reason to buy them other then he seems like a nice guy and its on HSN.   Which I think may be great for some.

well his products are different? his cq 10 does not compare to the cheap brand at costco. you can tell the difference if you take his products for a period of time? most cq10 does not have real unqouil in it like andrews does. He cares about what he puts in the products. he knows a lot. go ahead and buy the cheaper brands you will save money but you will not see the same benfits. same as some one who buys cheap beef over grass fed beef. just to compare?

Sure we all would like cheaper prices. I trust that Andrew cares about his products. He cares about his and everybodys health.They are AMERICAN made in a solar plant.I think we should care about where our products come from and may be cut and filled with products.I trust Andrew I take several of his products and feel great. I am 75 and on a fixed income I watch for Andrew’s specials we get a great savings.Love your products Andrew,keep up your good work.

My son has T1D and he was taking Andrew’s cinnamon faithfully everyday.  I switched to a big box store brand and he knew and felt the difference. Lesson learned pay a little more for a quality product with no unknown additives. 

You know I have been trying to get an answer for that same question from wife who seems to really love A’s supps.  Do I dare say it?  Here it goes; there are better quality vitamins out there for much cheaper prices!  Oh no!  I have now committed treason against the kingdom of Andrew!  Oh well.  But you know the saying:  happy wife, happy life.

What is the appeal about AL’s products?

1.  Products made with 100% solar energy.

2.  You get to see the person and the lab behind the products.

3.  Easy to swallow.

4.  Andrew knows his products.

5.  While his products are expensive, you can flexpay, auto ship, buy in bundles, use 15% coupons when available.

6.  Andrew is very articulate and therefore, makes it easy for us to understand the science behind the vitamins and supplements.

7.  His voice is very soothing.

8.  He’s intelligent.  He knows what he’s talking about.

9.  He’s very handsome 🙂

A lot of the appeal is about the man himself. AL is gorgeous and the epitome of good health.  As consumers, we shop with our eyes and ears.  We like what we see and we like what’s being said, so we buy the products.

I’ve bought items from Colleen Lopez that I didn’t need!  Aside from being very pretty, she knows her products.  She has a soothing voice.  She can sell me anything.  That’s what makes a good host.

Having said all of this, I don’t always buy his products.  I’m currently taking Biotin that I purchased from another company.  I researched the product before I made the decision to buy it.

Anyway, I hope this helps solve some of the mystery behind AL’s success!.
