I Went through a lot trying to use one of the coupons Today . Seems like every time I encounter a male customer service agent , I feel like they never listen to my reason for calling after shopping for 30 years on HSN . After repeating myself numerous times, I saved a itttle over 5 bucks . The agent act like he was doing me a favor and post my coupon as spendable cash . I had to verfiy years of different phone numbers etc , That never happen in the last few years . Your Telephone number is on HSN CS Caller ID . The first question is to verify your name with the number right ?

I love HSN and will never leave , but please review your CS Training . I think members should be called by our last names for example MRS /MR  . I use to praise HSN customer service agents .

Now it seems hit or miss . I always consider everyone can have a bad day and try my best to be understanding . The customer is not always right in my world , but if you listen to the customer during the first few moments of a call , you both will can resolve any issue minor or major without causing the customer to feel like my business means nothing even after so many years . I spoke to Barry.

Maybe he just began his career at HSN . I hope my Honest feedback can help with his future career at such a great enterprise like HSN . :smileyhappy:
