Won on Spin to Win, never rec’d $25.00 gift card

I won a $25.00 gift card on Spin to Win about 2 weeks ago. It said on the game that an email would be sent to me to claim my prize. I called last Friday to customer service and told them that I still had not received my email to claim my prize. I always received prize emails within a day or so but this was unusual to wait a week or more. Customer service said that the prizes were sent out by another service but that she would forward my question and information on to them. It has now been a week since speaking to her and I still have not received anything from them, Has anyone else had trouble receiving their prizes? Would appreciate any help with this problem. I have been checking my email and spam folder since and there is nothing from the HSN Arcade Prize department that I usually hear from when winning a prize from a game or from the ticket raffles.

I also won the 25 dollar gift card and never got an e-mail. So I sent an e-mail to them and never got a reply to it. I even sent the conformation number that I wrote down when the gift card came up and still got no reply. I never won anything on hsn before so I didn`t how it worked. Still haven`t heard back from them and its been a week. Good luck

I sent a e-mail last week and never got a reply. This is the same thing you told me to do last week and it still didn`t work.

i won on Thursday, yesterday, and i don’t have an email either. I hope this is true, I would love $25.00! i hope this was not a scam! help us HSN!!

I have won on the s[in then to $1,250 and $1000.00 how do you claim your wininng’s. I was hopeing this was real and I have bidded my ticket’s and winning’s toward different prize’s and I have not heard anything either, has anyone.

I won the same thing and never received an email. I called and was told to email arcade help ppl. I sent the email and now I”m waiting.

Just to be sure you understand how it works and won’t be disappointed, you do understand that to win, ALL THREE of the spin pictures have to be the same. So to win a $25 gift card, you have to have three $25 gift cards lined up together. One gift card with anything else is not a win. Hope that’s not a real downer for any of you and that you are winners. The only exception I’ve seen is if you get three different values of points lined up, you win 250 points. They do change what is offered from time to time, so this could be different now. Good luck and keep spinning.

Same probllem for me! It appears to be a system issue since it has happened to so many of us. i DId try notifying the arcade help. Hope they actually respond, which also seems to be a problem…
