What Happened to my 25.00 Gift card?

By the way! I’m brand new at this so if I’ve ruffled any feathers, sorry but..Well, it was SPIN TO WIN ,it was just dumped in front of me it was spin number 4 and then I lost all the other chances too! Once I tried to find an answer. I decided to come here. So, I’m sorry but this bird is hopping mad! Why me? Or do you guys know about this! Oh good gravey help!

Welcome. Since you are new, let me say just to be sure you understand, you have to have the $25 gift card in ALL THREE COLUMNS to win the card. If it’s just in one or two you don’t win. Since the other spins went away, it sounds like you did win. If you did, you should be getting an email shortly from HSN telling you how to claim the card.

If you do not get an email, there is a topic under “Conversations” on the left side of the screen for Customer Service. If you go there and report your problem, tell them the day and approximate time you played, they can research it for you. They are very good, but since it’s a holiday, I don’t know if that will slow the response. Good luck, and welcome to the Community.

My Goddess it said 25.00 gift card in the middle,1000 orange ball on the left and a 500 blue ball on the right. So that constitutes a 250 tickets win??? I’m confused so where did it all go? It just stopped working and also took the rest of my spins because that was spin number 4? Thanx again? Kyle :0)
