Watch Order – Birthday Gift

I ordered a VW watch to be sent to OK as a birthday gift.

It shows that it was not delivered to contact the sender. I was told the watch is being shipped back to HSN. It is not clear why it was not delivered. I have ordered HSN products to this business address to the attention of this person before now.

I just finished a chat session. I was told a replacement cannot be sent until 11/03/2015.

I do not understand this because I have had replacements sent to me immediately.

What is going on HSN?

THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AS ADDRESSED. PLEASE CONTACT THE SENDER FOR ASSISTANCE.

She went to the post office, and she was told they do not have it.

The mail man that actually makes the deliveries said he did not remember seeing the package. He stated that if he had seen the package he would remember because he knows her.
