The best gift my children have given me was a portrait of themselves love it makes me so proud everyday I see it .

The best gift my child ever gave me…was the title "Grandmother"…… of a beautiful little girl.

The best gift I ever received from my kids was an album filled
pictires of past family vacations and special occasions!!

Just a few words is the best gift I get every year and everyday, the best we can get " I Love you Dad"

I am thankful even though my children are on their own now for  both of them to be home with us at Christmas.  I wouuld like to see my grandchildren this year that are in Pa., because we cant go see them I have had major back surgery.  

  We actually have a small family and my DILs family is very large, so they spend a lot of time with them.  And they are young and busy with work etc……And I remember what it was like to be young and busy!

  So the best gift they give me is when we can go out to dinner together.

  Oh and another gift is when he calls me to find out how I made a specific dish!!  

My oldest son..didn’t want his Dad and me to spend our first married Christmas together alone..He decided to make his first grand enterance..that Christmas morning..Bad choice on his part..he has always hated that his birthday is Christmas Day!..He made the choice(he was due for New Years)..LOL..he always tries to lay a guilt trip on his dear old dad and me…Till this day he still makes out like a bandit…he will be 46 this Christmas.

I HAVE NO KIDS – BUT HAVE MANY THAT I’VE CALLED "MY KIDS" AS I TAUGHT SUNDAY SCHOOL & LOVE MY PASTORS CHILDREN WHO HAVE GIVEN ME MANY SNOOPY ITEMS THRU THE YEARS, AS THEY KNOW I LOVE SNOOP!

My four children growing up, getting an education, and becoming responsible adults. I am so proud of

them all.  

I only have one child , but the first time my daughter called me" Mommy"  means more than anything she could create or purchase . I get that tearful happy feeling 10 years later, when she calls me her Mommy .

The best gift my daughter ever gave me was a West Highland White Terrier puppy for my birthday, about 16 years ago.  She was the sweetest dog I ever had – her name was Sugar.  She developed a brain tumor suddenly last year and my husband and I had to put her down last October 27th. That was one of the saddest times in both our lives.

The 15 years of love she gave us and the memories we have of her will always stay in our hearts.

The best gift I received was from my son when he was 13 years old. On the morning of our wedding anniversary, we woke up to our son strumming his guitar at the foot of our bed. After we were awake, he transitioned into our song "Everything I Do, I Do it for You"  by Bryan  Adams. What made it extra special is he spent weeks learning the song so he could play and sing it flawlessly. With every note he played, I could feel the love and was sobbing by the end of the song. The BEST gift EVER!

When my daughter was in grade school she had made me a little mailbox that had mom stitched on it that the teacher helped them make.  I still have it from so many years ago and will always treasure it.
